Very poor manners and bad customer service. He was very disrespectful towards me and would not let me finish explaining anything. He will never get my service there again. Sorry to say, but with the way you treat your customers you're gonna go down hill really quick. Never in my life have I felt so disrespected.

Very professional and eager to help and provide helpful information. Very pleasant gentleman at the counter, gave me alot if information concerning the value of the items I wanted to sell. Even advised me on how I could increase the value. Helped me out alot, I am very appreciative of his service and plan to return. Sells games, a few electronics, movies etc. But primarily specializes in guns. Very nice gun collection.

bad customer service! Asked about loan proses as I am a first timer. And the clerk replyed with "it's the same everywhere in Washington" like that tells me anything? And the tone I was spoken to in wasn't friendly or helping. I just walked out and refuse to do business there again.
