Justin did an amazing job keeping me informed and updated throughout the process of my Lincoln getting fixed from a hit and run accident I was involved in…. He even stayed after hours and delivered my vehicle to me when it was finished, because of the hassle I had to deal with. Exceptional customer service and I really appreciate him taking the time to deliver my car hours after they closed, and for taking my rental vehicle back to enterprise for me.

I brought my car in for an insurance covered door repair and while there had them estimate for an older accident claim on the bumper which turned into a completely unexpected total loss. I didn't have rental coverage on my insurance so having their loaner car was a huge relief and allowed me to car shop after I got the bad news on my 2nd insurance claim. I was worried that they would be upset I had the loaner (over a week) since they didn't make a ton of money off the repair bill like they would have if my insurance paid the claim, but they were very kind and didn't hassle me at all. Sometimes the waiting room is empty, but as soon as anyone comes in, they ask if you have been helped whether they work the front desk or not. Even though I cannot judge their actual body/repair work, my experience with them was fantastic and I will definitely recommend to others and choose them for any future repair needs!

Auto Craft had high ratings online and is why I chose them to repair my vehicle after a fender bender. Their customer service went above and beyond what I expected. Their work is excellent and I will have them do any body work from now on. They call to let you know how their work is progressing and welcome any questions you may have. Good to know there are still people that do their work with passion.

This is the best body shop in Tulsa. They constantly stayed in communication with me from the time of drop off to pick up. Brian and the young lady at the front desk were very understanding and really do work with you. My car is back in brand new condition. I will always come to them for any repair needs and will always recommend them. They are awesome. I cannot thank them enough.

I had a great experience with Auto Craft, they fixed my rocker molding and repainted a scratch on my bumper. My car looks great and Frank was extremely honest and fair with the price! The estimate was free and the rental car was free as well. Highly recommend!!

I was involved in a hit and run recently and my car was nearly totaled. I don't have rental insurance, and to rent a car for the duration of my car being fixed would have cost $300+. Auto Craft gave me a nice loaner car to drive, and not only that, they did such an amazing job! My car even looks better now than it did before! The paint job is flawless and everything looks so good. They were very friendly, and kept me updated the whole time. As mentioned before, the car was nearly totaled, but they haggled with the insurance company and got them to cover fixing my car. I would definitely recommend to anyone that's been in an accident!

Fantastic body shop, very easy to work with receptionist excellent communication. Very pleased with the work on my car and they went above and beyond detailing my car then returning my rental for me. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly will recommend to everyone.
