We went this morning to get a couple papers notarized. My husband went in and I stayed in the car with my sleeping toddler. Brian was so nice to my husband and I. He went out of his way and brought everything to the car so we didn’t have to disturb my daughter! Amazing customer service! Thank you so much guys!

Every since I have gotten my Georgia's Own Credit Union Card I have been experiencing major issues like my pin not working and I even setup a Checking account with them but by the next week it turns out they setup a saving account instead. Waste of time please avoid this bank if you do online shopping.

My spouse and I visited this branch to open a new account, and we were helped by Community Manager, Brian. He gave us amazing customer service and everyone at the branch was very polite and friendly! I cannot rave enough about Brian - my spouse is not easy to please, but Brian was so informative and helpful, we were just overly pleased with the interaction. Brian was not pushy at all and educated us on everything we needed to know and more. I highly recommend this branch location and Brian's customer service deserves raving reviews! Thank you!

Several years ago, we opened an account with Georgia's Own and it was our first experience with a credit union. They provided excellent service but like fools, we left them for BB&T thinking they would offer us a better business product and that was the biggest mistake we ever made! After a couple of months, we went running back! We have our business and our personal accounts at Georgia's Own and we must say that the service that they provide is nothing short of outstanding! They are honest and fair in their dealings and that is very hard to find with any banking institution. And they really care about their customers. If you're considering moving to a credit union, we highly recommend Georgia's Own. We also briefly had accounts with Delta Community Credit Union and I would not recommend them at all. Go with Georgia's Own and I promise, you will be as pleased as we are!

At the moment I only have a savings account with Georgia's Own Credit Union. But, I plan on opening other accounts soon. My savings account earns 0.1% interest on the balance. I know that doesn't sound like much but, compared to my savings account at Bank of America which only yields 0.03% interest the Georgia's Own account is earned a decent amount. The employees are always friendly and helpful, no matter what branch I visit. I would recommend this Credit Union to anyone.

I like the people at my bank. The customer service-- not so much. It's amazing how many controversial answers you can get when you ask one simple question. There's a very good chance that I'll be switching to a new credit union just because of this.

I've been a member over 10 years now and I would not change my bank for anything in the world.. I've always received the best of customer service from them.. let's not forget all the great perks..
