    We found a Lincoln Nautilus online that we were interested in. Bailey reached out to us answering all of our questions quickly and in full detail. I made the two hour drive to look at the vehicle, test drive, and meet Bailey. This was very close to a perfect car buying experience. Bailey was professional, courteous, caring, and provided a full list of the numbers right up front. No hassle. No haggling. We were able to handle all the paperwork electronically. The day we were scheduled to pick up the car Bailey came in on her day off to go thru the car in detail with myself and my husband. No upselling. No hidden fees. Finance gentleman went thru all of the numbers with us in detail. This is the way car buying should be. No bells and whistles. Just a team that truly cares about their customers.     Really disappointed how my wife was treated the other day when we went to pick up her car , having the transmission and motor mounts replaced. When they went to remove the battery out of the car to install the new mounts., the terminal came out of the battery. I don’t think I should have to pay for a battery that was fine before they removed it. They did discounted the battery some. The car didn’t rattle like it did but there was still a vibration when you put in gear. When Ricky came outside to talk to my wife about it , he got in it and felt the vibration, He said that he replaced what was broken and that the car was about 15 years old and that you are going to feel vibrations because how old it and that it wasn’t a new anymore. After being talked to like this, Ballentine Ford lost my wife as customer for good and because this is second time she was treated badly there.

    Very easy, pleasant, friendly, well prepared, professional, helpful, going beyond the call of duty and most of all not pushy. Will buy from them the next time I purchase a vehicle even though it took me one and half hours to get there from where I live. Bailey was our salesperson and gave me all the information I needed without pestering me. Also, Wells showed us all the old vehicles they had and the story behind each. You felt like you were a person there and not just someone there to buy a car.

    Great experience. Jeff Roberts helped us with the purchase. He was very friendly, professional and understood what we were looking for. Everyone from the Sales Manager to the Finance Manager was very friendly. We drove an hour away to visit Ballentine Ford. I would purchase another vehicle from them.

    First off, thank you for repairing my 2014 Ford Escape, again. Since this is the same problem you “fixed” last year. That being said, I can say I am not pleased with your service or your service department. You had my car over a week, the first time and charged us $100 for a warranted service. This time, as I was departing for a trip to Florida, for a week, it happened again. You kept my car almost 3 weeks, with no offer of a loaner. When I returned and inquired about the status, I was told it had not been touched and that you had 3 weeks of work before my car was brought in. When I checked the 3rd time, I was told the parts were in and my car would be next. When I was called to pick it up, in the third week the manager was on vacation, no paper work, no explanation, just another $100 charge for warranty work for the same problem that was “fixed” last year. Since it was a transmission problem I was told after two times of “fixing” it, Ford would not pay for a new transmission. To say the least, I am not happy with this whole situation. With that being said, I cannot say with any certainty, that I will be purchasing another Ford product from Ballentine Ford. Seems your products are inferior, your service is lacking, and your customer service is sad. Best regards CLatham

    Walked right in for an oil change. Took care immediately and waited in the clean waiting room. Car was ready after a very short wait and I was off to celebrate the New Year. Thanks Ballentines Needed my brake pedal adjusted and made an appointment for diagnostics to be done. Rear calipers needed to be replaced and I picked the vehicle up but still felt that there was too much play in the brake pedal. Took the car back and it was double checked by technician and manager and they have reassured me that all is well--at no charge. I am a contented customer and will return. Thank you.

    If there is an honest dealer, this is it. No BS at all! After driving over 100 miles each time and wasting numerous hours with other dealers such as Stokes Hodges, I called Ballentine Ford and right from the start They earn my trust. I am hispanic, and the other dealer made me feel very uncomfortable from the beginning through the negotiation to the point where I just wanted to jet out. I drove 88 miles to Ballentine and I am glad I did and I will do it again. Thanks Jeff, you are the best salesman I have worked with, in over 20 years.

    Recent bought a 2007 350Z and it was the cleanest one i’ve found in the area. Only had 30k miles. Everyone at Ballantine are great people and helped us buy the car with no pressure! If you’re in the 864 area I would definitely recommend them!

    So happy with the deal I got for my '19 Rav4. Bailey was incredibly helpful in breaking down the pricing for me and receptive to my concerns. She went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with everything before going through with the purchase. In fact, the whole Bellentine team were great! they were very comitative with their pricing and open to negotiation. I never felt like I was trapped in a high pressure sales pitch (something that is hard to avid when shopping for a car) and felt like all my concerns were being heard. I would deffinatly recommend them to anyone on the market for a new or used car.

    Had a great experience buying my 2013 Ford Mustang GT at Ballentine Ford. My salesman Steven was easy to get along with and didn’t pressure at all.     A few years ago I wrecked my truck had insurance with nation wide and Ballentine was the body shop that they used. When I got my truck back later I noticed that the bed wasn't straight so I took it back and the guy over the body shop told me that all of them were like that so I went to a dealership and checked out a truck and it was straight. They had to replace my rear end then I noticed that only one tire was spinning when I went back the same guy told me that the problem was that I had one new tire and one older tire so when I put two of the same tires on it still only one tire was spinning then I got in touch with my insurance company a week later they called me and said that they had another rear end. Then I went to replace my brake pads I thought that they gave me the wrong ones then I found out that the rear end they put in was a 2009 which had smaller pads. Then I noticed that the plastic piece that went in the finder well was missing so I went back and the same guy told me that only the four wheel drive had both plastic pieces then we looked at the pictures of my truck it showed the plastic piece hanging down and on the invoice it showed where they had charged the insurance company for it there was a couple more things that wasn't right . I will never go back or recommend them to anyone.

    The best dealership in South Carolina. We have been doing business with them for 8 or more years and the service is excellent. We just bought an Edge and love it. The sales personnel is the best, we are treated with great respect from everyone. There is not pressure from them and they meet our wants as soon as they can. We bought 4 vehicles from them and have never been disappointed. We travel 65 miles each way to do business at Ballentine Ford. The service department is the best, making sure all requests are met with our satisfaction. Shorty and John have gone above and beyond to take care of us. These two sales people are great. I would recommend Ballentine Ford for anyone looking for a Ford product. Both Jerry and I feel the same about this.

    9/19/14 Listed below is the issue that I had several days ago, however following my review, i received a phone from the service department directly to my cell phone. They offered to adjust the bill for the difference. I appreciate the offer and wasn't dissatisfied with the work, just the shock of the difference in the bill. Due to the manner in which this was handled following the review, I appreciate their commitment to customer service and adjusted the previous rating of the experience. 9/17/14 Have had both of my automobiles serviced here for years. Been satisfied with the timeliness of the service on most repairs and didn't mind the inflated cost of doing business since most work would be dealer-certified with factory parts. Yesterday however, I was dealing with a person in the service department that I hadn't before. I was very specific on the repairs that were needed. I told them what I thought would happen once they looked at my brakes. I sat in the waiting room, the service person had to recalculate several times the final cost of the ticket. I wrote the final price down. When I went to pay the ticket, it was higher than the final price I was given. Another service person did a good job smoothing things over since the one I dealt with was a lunch. There was no adjustment made even though the mistake wasn't mine. No one likes surprises and I don't know of anyone who jumps up and down with joy about spending money on their car repairs. This was the least pleasant experience that I have had at this dealership.

    From building our 2022 Edge, through production, delivery, and paperwork the process was smooth and painless. Megan and Staff did a great job of explaining options during the building phase. Ford Plant along with Megan kept us informed of production and delivery. We were in and out in less than an hour when we picked up our Edge, but we were given a detailed rundown on all the bells and whistles of our Edge. Been driving Fords since 1972 and this is our second Edge.

    Took my 04 F150 in for a spark plug/coil boot change as I heard the issues with the Ford spark plugs and thinking they specialize in dealing with FORD PRODUCTS. Long story short, while removing my plugs, they broke one(only the metal casing) which left the plug still in the head. The 20 yr experienced mechanic came out to speak with me, and stated.. due to the yr and milage of your vehicle we won't work on removing it so I unhooked your fuel injection to that cylinder. I asked what I am supposed to do with it, he said you can replace the head, again stating due to the yr an milage they won't, or purchase another motor brand new from them at $5000+ along with labor. My truck had had routine maintenance prior to, no issues with the motor, the way it ran, etc.. called back to speak with Mike who said they could work on it at full cost to me, or refund my money. My truck now has a LOUD knock coming from the side with the bad cylinder (I'm guessing) something it NEVER had before. Reading reviews from other unsatisfied clients, it seems there is a history of the same issue, the yr and/or high mileage warrants their excuse to NOT fix an issue they caused, even though they are "CERTIFIED " to work on all ford models SMH. What a bunch of b.s., Additionally, as of today, 2/8/2022.. had yo rake my truck to another shop as I was advised by Ballentine Ford in Greenwood they would not work on my truck to fix the issue THEY caused. Due to driving my truck home from there, it caused other issues to the heads, and now $4500 later it will be fixed later this week. What a shame they use the excuse that they won't work on a vehicle they are "CERTIFIED" to work on after they made the situation worse. Seemingly, from what I've gathered from this new mechanic, they may not have ran the motor enough to warm the engine which would have made the removal easier of the spark plugs. Really a shame on them.

    Reviewed last Thursday when I purchased 2019 Tacoma now 4 days later not so good . Heard tapping passenger side engine cyl 5 upper valve cover told salesman I bought from he said had 110 point inspection, well whomever did it is deafer than me then . I do not believe that engine decided to go rap rap rap after I pulled off lot ! Funny when I scheduled apt this week lady was like oh the Tacoma like she knew as well ? Either or researched 3.5 2019 eng is notorious for bad block because it was machined over specs thus causing lifter to slap inside sleeve in head while going up n down . 1000 dollars to replace the correct head do I shall see if they will fix they or give me a different tune . Depends then on my next review.

    Staff very friendly and got to my truck quickly and able to get me back on road quick Had an issue with alarm system on my F250 . Ballentine service people were able to get me in quickly and serviced my truck promptly and made sure everything was working correctly. People there go out of their way to be friendly and helpful.     Great experience all the way around. Still helpful even after the purchase was complete, months down the road. The buying experience was quite pleasant. I wasn't pressured, and I was given an extremely competitive price for what I was looking for. I even called months later to ask about some warranty scam that I thought might have had a sliver of legitimacy and they quickly confirmed that no action was needed for my warranty and that everything was already in place. Great, great experience. Recommend enthusiastically.

    Researched and made decision I wanted a Lincoln Aviator. Looked for local dealers and preferred to stay in S. C. I DID comparison shop but my decision to buy from Ballentine came down to people. I contacted dealership and Bailey responded quickly, I rode to Greenwood and Mark Roberts greeted me and thanked me for giving y'all the opportunity to sell me an Aviator** He had never met me! Guess I had told Bailey I'd be the Senior with a box of donuts and Mark kept an eye out for some glazed treats! Bailey had a quote ready ( before trade) and I was very pleased with it, she showed me an Aviator and had my Buick Enclave evaluated for trade in which took just a few minutes. I left and assured she and Mark I would make a decision within several hours. My decision was to call Bailey and ask that she and Mark have a joint telephone conversation with me at which time I asked for the DONUT DISCOUNT which sealed the deal!! People are who you deal with and Mark, Bailey and Shari Adams all were professional but more important, personal. To conclude** An Aviator was found, it had more options than I originally requested but between Mark and Bailey I was convinced it needed to go home to North Augusta and it did!! I wish to thank all as its a team effort and many of the team are unknown but VERY important. I love this fine Lincoln and look forward to a continued friendship with Ballentine.

    Room by navigator in for a check to see what was draining the battery while vehicle is sitting and off. The service department did a complete check and told me the real issue was only the battery. My car needed a special larger battery. Not often that shops tell you the real diagnosis and not try to get you to spend more on unnecessary fixes! Very pleased and will continue to use their service department for all my maintenance needs!

    I had the best car buying experience with Ballentine Ford. Bailey and the entire staff were very friendly and helpful. I drove about two hours to look at my Ford Edge and she helped me get pre-approved before I arrived so all I had to do was test drive and sign a few papers. She gave me a complete run through of how to use all of the features in the vehicle and I am absolutely loving my new SUV!

    Recent experience trying to purchase a truck was handled poorly by the dealerships and in particular the management does not seem to respond to issues. I was in the midst of a transaction to purchase when the vehicle became unavailable from the transfer point they were using. I was assured they would locate a vehicle for me but I never heard back from the sales person nor management responded when I tried to voice my concerns.

    Great experience! Did great work. With the exception of one piece that didn't snap back on right. However i pointed it out and they offered to make it right by order a new part and bringing when they receive the part which will be a 5 minute fix. Also they buffed out a scruff on a side they didn't even work on.

    Well they had my truck here to put motor in it. The lady at service desk couldnt be no nicer. But i went up there on Saturday nov 6th to check on my truck and the guy at service counter was so rude and short with me. I mean im spending 9000 dollars. He was RUDE.

The inventory is great but if you do not see what you want, they will do their best to find it for you. They really appreciate serving you. Also the service department is the best. I am thankful to have a great Ford dealership in the area I live in.

    Best car buying experience I’ve ever had . Trella Griffin was fantastic. She was friendly and knowledgeable about every aspect of my new car .
