Genisys Credit Union S Washington St, Oxford

I did a home equity loan with Ellen Wiseman and it was a pleasure & very fast!! I had to go inside to open an account, dealt with Jamie White and again it was a pleasure!!

Not crowded at all inside, the tellers quickly take care of my transactions & Im happy with Genisys. I have my car loan through them as well. Thank God they added gap insurance into my vehicle because I was not even aware until my car was totaled ! The gap insurance through them covered what my insurance didn’t and also assisted with covering a down payment for a new vehicle ! Thank God! Get that gap insurance I would highly recommend that!!

I have been charged over draft fee even though my check shows being deposited the day before or same day. Had to argue this 3 or 4 times. And there bill pay will take out if the billing company is listed. They say it has to be removed when clearly there is a hold payment.

Genisys has been wonderful for my son's youth accounts and our loans. We are getting ready to move all our accounts to them.

I was totally unhappy with the customer service I received at this location. I was inside the drive thru as I was speaking with the teller Jamie she walked away mid conversation and did not return to the teller window. I pushed the teller button several times and no one came back to the window. She didn’t like what I had to say about the customer service she was offering after I was told she has better things to do than to address my concerns. I was then told the card machine was down so they couldn’t make me a new debit card. The gentleman Phil was very rude and laughed at everything that was happening until the Branch Manager Daniel walked up who I asked to speak with at the beginning of the conversation and was told he doesn’t work on weekends. I will be closing my account. I will not do business with any business that doesn’t value customer satisfaction.

Why is the ATM always unable to accept cash deposits? Every time I go through, cash deposit is unavailable...

I have had a great experience at Genisys CU every time I have a need a loan or a mortgage or a home improvement loan. I highly recommend them to everyone. Low fees, usually no fees, and super easy to apply for a loan and the mobile banking means I never have to go to a branch, unless I want to. So much better than a bank!

We continue to have a great experience at the Oxford location of Genisys Credit Union. Yesterday that notarized our signatures we needed. We were in an out in no time and we are always treated so nicely! Thank you!

I love this credit union. I just joined this year. The staff are helpful, friendly, welcoming, and professional. I have both a checking and savings account with Genisys.

The team here is incredibly nice and is quick to resolve any issues and explain overdraft fees. I really appreciate the time the management team took to help me out.
