All my contacts at Brick financial were outstanding--Deann Carter and Jesse Hoffman. Very capable, available, and responsive. The software that they used was intuitive and helpful so I always knew where I stood in terms of completing all the paperwork. The one drawback is that their institution required an expensive process for performing the appraisal on the house which cost me $1100. A person who you don't know goes through your house taking pictures and by the time he's done knows it in detail. Since this was a mortgage on my second home, it is often unoccupied, so this didn't make me feel totally secure.

I had the best experience refinancing our home with Brick Financial. Brenda was amazing!! She was fast, communicated with us the whole time, and even made us a personal video going over costs and benefits. She continued to look for lower interest rates during the process, and got us a even better deal then was first quoted to us. I did my research and called several different companies and Brick Financial had the best rates and lowest closing costs. From our first contact with them to closing date it was only 15 days!!! Would recommend them first to everyone from now on. Very pleased!!!!

I recently refinanced my century home with Amanda at Brick Financial Group and I could not be happier with the results. I've been through this process a few times over the years and this was by far the smoothest, easiest, and fastest I have ever closed. I can't say enough about Amanda either. She is a true professional. She's an efficient and effective communicator who kept me in the loop about everything that was going on through the process. Of course there were a few small hurdles along the way but she overcame them with extremely little effort on my part. I checked with 5 different lenders through Lending Tree as well as my current bank. I almost didn't even check with Brick based on their low number of reviews but I'm sure glad I did. If you look, you'll see that they are entirely positive. Amanda not only gave me the most competitive rate but there were no high pressure or pushy sales tactics. There were no phony numbers or hidden fees that make it hard to compare offers apples-to-apples. I got exactly what I asked for with no surprises and actually got a better rate through Brick than dealing directly with the lender who ultimately picked up the loan. I would certainly recommend Amanda and Brick Financial Group to any of my friends.

I was skeptical of going with a company I didn't know much about. BFG offered lower rates and costs compared to my local lender, so I went with them. So glad I did!!! Anna is fantastic! She was responsive, patient in explaining everything and so friendly! The re-fi loan was only a week long start to close! Hands down best experience on a loan!
