I really found each individual staff member knowledgeable and helpful. My problem is that no one ever answers the phone, and messages are not responded to timely. I had my staff try to call more than 5 times, and I personally called and left a message twice and could never get anyone to talk to me on the phone! Bert Whitehead

We had a wonderful experience while getting our new car financed. Our associate Marie Nicholson was very helpful and patient.
