There are multiple companies with Geneva Capital in their name, but I am Geneva Capital Network who is a mortgage lender out of Huntington Beach, CA. They don't tell you this is a commercial application (they don't look at your personal line of credit), David Boike treats you like dirt once you're denied, go somewhere else, don't recommend
