John and Team did a phenomenal job getting through the loan process quickly and efficiently. I was probably a tougher customer with an extremely busy schedule but they did a great job staying on top of me an ensuring we hit our deadlines without it ever feeling like they were reaching out too much. John's videos make it so easy, we really never even needed to get on the phone it was step by step. Such a huge time savor at a time when time is so valuable. Thanks to John and his incredible team.

I was initially wary of working with a mortgage broker when I started the home buying process, mostly because I just didn’t know much about the process. But after my first call with John I knew I wanted to work with him and his company. John has a way of making you feel like you are working with family. There are no surprises along the way.
