GECU N Piedras St, El Paso

Definitely the worst bank ever, the virtual tellers take there sweet as time, i always have problems when deposit my check through the ATM. I'm searching for another bank. Any good recommendations?

Went to the location on Piedras.I bank with gecu and took my daughter to open her first bank account.Very bad customer service they need more professional workers. We were there for more than 30 minutes to open a bank account. They would attend others before us that were in the bank first. Sad that she wasn't able to open an account.

Waited in 3 car line for there security truck to finish. (Parked in atm) waited 45 min at the ATM and couldn't back out . Waited until there whole job was done to move there car! Only 2 drive through. .come to find out. Truck was not occupied. Just parked there . Piedras is trash

**Veterans be wary!!!**My previous bank I would get my VETERANS check around 5 days early. Not this bank. You will get it on the first. When i asked a worker about it they said their policy is to release direct deposit funds from the Veteran's Affairs when they get it. They even denied they had any funds. A day before the first. Seems to me they are collecting interest. When I went back in the 2nd time they did in fact have my money. Since the 25th. But will not let me have it until after the first. She couldn't give me the time on the first either. WTF! I will be changing banks for sure

People of El Paso ,Texas do NOT come to this GECU bank at PIEDRAS ST. NEVER do business in this bank. They are very dishonest and they do not know what they are doing. They give you the wrong information and the supervisor is never there to fix the client's problems. PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE !!!! BIG ALERT!!!! DO NOT COME TO GECU BANK AT PIEDRAS ST. THEY ARE VERY IGNORANT , DISHONEST AND BIG CROOKS!!!!!! THEY DO NOT DESERVE NOT EVEN ONE STAR.

It says open till 6 online. they were closed inside and They closed both atms so was not able to get money. Just so they can leave at 5:54. So unprofessional

Piedras GECU presented Death Certificate for my deceasd husband.Wont give Me excess to my deceasd husband bank account he. Dont even bother to read certificate were it stated I'm the widow.Stupid they want a letter from a friend stating I'm the wife.

Branch is ok but anoyed that I spent most of my 30 minute lunch at branch stopped at atm and machine won’t take my card since it was a poor quality card pretty much faded away and fell apart I had to pay another 5 dollars for a new one and wait for card to be ready employee alware of poor quality cards acknowledged that there where some bit stated mine was not one of those if he looks in the system my card is about two months old and has been failing in certain places for a few weeks now. Another gentleman next to me same complain also 5 dollar fee for new card I think gecu should contact their vendor and not make me pay for others poor quality product my opinion
