Wonderful service, wonderful experience. GCS title made it easy for me to sign my closing document remotely. They take the time to update me along the way and keep me in the loop of my closing date and progress. They provide me a very comprehensive details of my closing document and answer any questions I may have. Our closing was a nightmare, and could’ve been disastrous, and even delayed by a week or more. However, this was not the fault of GCS Title. As a realtor, I've used them probably 20 time and they ALWAYS deliver. I've never had any issues with any transactions and their closers are super knowledgeable, make my clients feel at ease and they are done within 30 minutes usually. They are highly detailed and communicate very well up to the closing. There's so many reasons I always use them!

Only at the closing did I learn about their Home Safe Program. They offer a program which provides a $200 discount to Veterans, Police, Fire or EMT professionals. Although it was too late to change the paperwork at the closing, a representative from GCS Title contacted me shortly thereafter and made good on the offer from this program! An oversight was made (by not identifying me as eligible for this program) but they made it right! Thank you!

Thanks for making the close process as easy as possible. There were some issues with the lender that were addressed as quickly as possible by GCS. The attention to detail was superb, as was the explanation of all the associated documents that needed to be signed.

We had a great experience with CCS Title! They were incredibly professional and communicative; quick to reply on emails and always in sync with our lender. I also really appreciated their flexibility. I made a couple of timing mistakes with wire transfers and they were so patient and gracious. We closed in Maple Grove, which was a nice option for our west-metro home. Bonus- you can celebrate your new sale with the new Portillo's down the street! (omg YUM!) The Title company was available to answer my questions and to send me info I needed to stay updated. The paperwork was well done. It did take until the Friday before Monday’s closing to get the final closure documentation and closing costs. This did not provide much time to go to the bank and get the cashier check made out for the correct amount. I understand they could not do their part until receiving the info needed from the seller. Happy to be a home owner.

Our closing appointment was just perfect. It went incredibly smooth and quickly. It was a very exciting time for us, being first-time homeowners and GCS Title couldn't have done a better job of organizing everything. They were all super helpful and kind.

GCS Title is absolutely great to work with. I can't say enough about them - late night closings, remote closings, O&E reports, preliminary title searches.. you name it, they will go out of their way to get it done and with great customer service!!! Overall, they are very knowledgable and made for smooth closings, and as a newer Realtor I was appreciative of this. My first closing they were rude to myself and my clients at the closing table, and when my clients were out of the room had the audacity to criticize what loan company they used. I used them again, different closer this time, just because I knew they knew their stuff. For as rocky of a closing, they did well but NEVER followed back up with me when I had questions how the transaction was getting finalized. Had to find out from the other agent who said funds cleared, and had to assume it all worked out since I never received communication back that all was official. I'd like to rate higher because they are knowledgeable, but the customer service was unimpressive. I really realized it when I started working with an amazing title group.

I am IN the mortgage industry and used DOZENS (if not hundreds) of Title Companies since 2001. I chose GCS for my personal title because of TRUST. Their cost is fair, their service is "second to none" and the staff will bend over backwards to get files closed smoothly. If you're a Realtor and want another title company to serve YOU and your clients... you cannot go wrong with GCS.

As a loan officer I use many different title companies. GCS always has great service and prompt responses. They make the process as easy as can be with a smile on their faces!
