Chelsea was the fourth mortgage lender we reached out to after 3 others failed to respond to emails and phone calls during the great house hunt of 2020. We couldn’t get anyone to help us with our refi because all lenders seemed to be focused on their new accounts. Chelsea and her team gave us first class service from the beginning and never made our refi seem like anything other than their top priority. She was super responsive and was able to get everything closed as quickly as she promised. They even sent us a cute, personalized gift following our closing. Chelsea and her team are beyond amazing. I was having the worst time refinancing my home after my divorce. My original bank was giving me the run around, and was not being helpful at all.
