I was turned down from other financial groups 4 years ago, but Ed had the resources needed to get me in the home I wanted, within financial reason. I tried to refinance my home and got the runaround from Ed at this company. He did not communicate with me. No response to emails or calls most of the time. I had to physically drive to his office in another town to get answers and communication. He had all documents from myself and my cosigner and didn't even do anything on my loan for over 2 months. I had a divorce decree deadline to meet for refinance and Ed cost me more money since he basically "sat" on my loan application and did basically nothing. He also has a huge wad of chew in his mouth while corresponding in person with me as a customer. I would never recommend him to anyone!!!
