It's such a crazy time and when you come across a company that treats you with such high regard and respect, answers all your 1 million questions...smiles you have to make sure you give a huge shout out! I can't say enough kind words about Kathy's office and staff.. from day one with the video updates which I loved! To her staff reaching out to me... and honestly from start to finish really less than 30 days... if you don't count the three years ago when I started asking her all my questions (smiles).
