Chris always went out of his way to reach out and keep us informed as to the status of our loan. When we had questions he always got back to us same day and most of the time within the hour. When we first started looking to refinance we looked at many different lenders and none were even close in terms of their response time. In the end we felt most comfortable moving forward with Chris and achieved an extremely low rate which was trending below the current market rates we were seeing online. We've bought homes and refinanced a couple times over the years and we've honestly never had a loan officer like Chris. We HIGHLY recommend you choose Chris and Gateway. They listened to our concerns, kept us in the loop, offered the ability to float down and provided a fixed rate for over 30 days (which is needed right now due to the high volume of refinancing that is occurring. If we ever end up buying a new home or refinancing, Chris will be the first person we reach out to no questions asked. Thank you Chris for your hard work and dedication.

Excellent service. I used Gateway Capital for refinancing of my home and believe I got the lowest rate and best deal around. They also made the whole process very smooth and easy. I had the impression that the Michael and his team were always available, just about 24/7. Their response time is incredible. I recently closed on my re-fi with Gateway and found them to be a terrific company to deal with. My broker, Chris Rezk, was thorough, professional and responsive to any questions I had. I did have some problems with the efficiency of their document uploading, but overall, it was a smooth and painless experience. I would use them again if needed.

Overall process was very fluid from my first contact with Michael to signing the closing documents in my home. I do believe I secured the best rate available. Michael answered my questions in an understandable way where I felt confident my closing costs were reasonable and fair. In between, Nicole was very prompt and efficient working with my documentation and supplying the lender with needed information in a timely manner.
