I walked in just window shopping ,I guess you could say. Then I met Marry and she walked up to me to see if she could help me. There was no pressure on the sales, so I said sure let’s talk. At first I didn’t see anything on the lot I liked. She said let me show you some other vehicles and I said sure why not since I’m already here. I spoke with the sales manager Steven and he was just as cool as Mary. He worked down at the jeep lot and I ended up leaving and coming back the next day after talking to another dealership and they were that high pressure sales that no one enjoys. I went online and started doing research on the jeep Wagoneer and found a extra 2k off. The thing that blew me away is that instead of my 2k coupon he gave me a extra 4500 off! This was the best sales experience I have ever had buying a new Vehicle! I would recommend anyone talking to Mary or Steven! The whole environment is family oriented and I think sales should come naturally and not high pressure! These guys hit every mark on my list and I was extremely impressed.

The most Awesome car buying experience we’ve ever had! Had a bad experience at another dealership and made a phone call to Steven at Garber and he made our whole experience well worth the drive. Ordered the exact Jeep we wanted and it even arrived sooner than the expected delivery date. Picked it up last week dealt with Lynda who could not have been more Awesome. She took the time to show us how everything worked, answered all our questions and even a little extra surprise we didn’t even know about that it has a built in cooler in the back. We previously owned a black Jeep Sahara and now have fallen in love with the new white High Altitude Sahara. My Daughter absolutely Loves her new Jeep. We will always have a Jeep and every few years when we trade it in or upgrade we will only only go to Garber! Cannot say enough good things about Steven and Lynda. Probably the best experience at a car dealership that I’ve had. Custom ordered a car amidst supply chain issues. The expected timeline for the build and delivery was spot on, just under four months. The difference in trade-in value of my old vehicle between unofficial appraisal and official appraisal was $0 and we added 7k miles on the car during the 4 month building period. Great experience, right in time for our planned family road trip.

This place is the best I’m from Pittsburgh Pa. I was looking everywhere on the internet for a very rare Dodge Durango Hellcat. I called at least 40-50 dealerships in several states looking for 1 . I called on a Saturday and talked to Thomas H. he was awesome he told me they have 1 coming in a few weeks and it had all the extra options that I wanted . I sent a deposit that day. Tom and the finance person walked me threw everything explained all paperwork over the phone, sent the paperwork next day for me to sign and send back to them. These guys are great I’d definitely buy another vehicle from this dealership. I had a transport company pick the car up from there and bring it to Pittsburgh. I was skeptical buying a car from someone out of state and not even seeing the car or the people I was buying it from but these people made believers out of me….. there’s still great honest people out there.

Patrick Lato "The Wiggle Man" was wonderful to work with! He spend all day on a Sunday to to help us pick out our family car. This was our first time at a bigger dealership and we felt no pressure whatsoever. We had our two younger children with us, they watched TV on a big screen projector and got to eat snacks galore, at no charge. Car shopping with kids is not an easy task, and they made it much less stressful. I was very nervous about buying a good, reliable car. Patrick gave me the history and carmax of our new SUV, it was locally bought and owned which made me feel much better. He answered everything single one of our MANY questions. He gave us a great deal and wiggled our budget to make it work. He is so personable, everyone there was but we really liked Patrick. Great experience!!! In today's market for a new car, getting rolled over on price and service seemes to becoming more common. However, not what we had here. We worked with Mason who did a great job taking care of us. While inventory was low, he was able to take us in a very low stress test drive in a similar vehicle to what we wanted. He was able to find what we were looking for and we had in a short bit. Additionally, we had some logical issues once the car came in and he was able to allow us to take our new car on a "test drive" throughout the long holiday weekend until we could actually do the paperwork a few days later. Very much appreciated! Mason stayed in contact with me via text (my preference) the entire time to make sure I was comfortable with the process, not pushy just friendly!

Was shopping online for used Dodge pickup . Found a beauty on Garber Automall website. Sent an inquiry as to its availability and was contacted by John Merritt, a sales associate at Garber. Who knew that buying.a new car could be such a pleasure. Certainly not me, since I just bought a Jeep Gladiator three months ago from another dealer because, at the time Garber Automall didn’t have a black one.. I just wasn’t satisfied with the model Gladiator I had, so I went to Garber when I found out they had a used black one for sale with low mileage and a bunch of custom features. Daniel Rouse was assigned to me, and boy did I hit the jackpot. No pressure, yet very knowledgeable and helpful. As a female buying a vehicle on her own, sometimes male sales people can be a somewhat condescending. Daniel was quite the opposite. He was a gentleman and respectful, yet playful and fun too. The sales manager JP was equally great and since the Jeep had been his, a wealth of knowledge about all the goodies he had added. I traded in my new Jeep for the nearly new souped up Gladiator and couldn’t be happier. Even the finance “paperwork” guy Pat, was awesome and expeditious in getting me on my way. I feel like I hit the trifecta in dealing with these three guys.
