Worst customer Service Ever. I've been trying to refinance my GM loan for over a month now. First I was told that they could not send the title to my bank at all. Then that they could, but didn't have it and that I had to contact my dealer. Then after I contacted my dealer, that they would need to get a copy of the title from the state, but that they would send it in 2 business days. Over a week later the blocking issue is that they never got a request that my bank says they sent. Worst run-around ever. Thankfully my bank can verify my title with the state based on my registration.

My wife bought a 2007 Vehicle for supposedly $32,000. They ripped her off with ridiculous interest rates. Her car note is $657. She has basically paid $90,000 for a $25,000 vehicle. She now owns $5,700 in the middle of Covid-19. We have 3 children and they call her everyday and threaten her to take the vehicle. What a joke !!!!

My car was totaled on 2/1,I received a letter from GM Financial on 3/30 stating that my account was paid in full. On 4/21 I received a second letter starting I owe them the interest from February until now.

Harassing calls due to the dealership (Sport Chevrolet) not submitting the proper paperwork on time to release a previous lease.

If you enjoy hot-garbage customer service and getting hung-up on THIS is your guy to call.

Stay away! The customer service is completely terrible. Also, if you get any sort of camera ticket on your vehicle, it gets sent to GM Financial who takes MONTHS to turn this mail around. This has happened to our business on several occasions in the last two years. The delay results in late fees, registration renewal delays, etc. because of the inability of GM Financial to forward mail timely. We don't even know the tickets exist until they are very past due. The customer service line is always "we forward mail within 24 hours once we receive it". This is entirely untrue in our several experiences.

STAY AWAY FROM GM FINANCIAL!!!! Refinanced my truck through navy federal sent them a check to pay it in full and they are refusing to release tital. Apparently speaking with my bank I was informed that they are haveing a hard time receiving titals even after they cash the check. GETTING LEGAL ADVICE!!! THIS HAS BEEN OVER A 4 WEEK ORDEAL

i leased a vehicle with gm financial, cant pay the final lease bill online, they charge you $10 fee to pay over the phone. i will never lease a gm vehicle again

Waste company ever everyone tells you something different....the ways to pay your car payments are horrible and no one wants to help you...the speed pay systems is always messed up...I would never ever by a car from them again!!!Stay away from this company!!
