I was with BB&T for several years. This particular branch made me switch. Constant mistakes. Long lines with not enough tellers. Once they accused me of depositing a duplicate check but had no record of the check that was supposedly duplicated. Oh and they consistently put lengthy holds on my federal government direct deposit checks. Never had this problem with any other bank in my life. I switched to USAA and never looked back.

Not sure what others have had to deal with but my experiences there have all been quick and friendly. Never had to wait long periods of time due to the tellers and they're always well staffed when I'm there.

Easy Access because of the drive thru. They've been doing a lot better with customer service over the past months.

Awful branch I've had branch representatives profile me question me for irreverent matters and accused me of fraud, branch should be should shut down immediately like the king farm location, bunch of inferior unqualified associates, will never do business, completely unprofessional!

This is the worst banking location I have ever worked with as a customer. Poor service from the bank management staff, inattentive to customer needs and backwards. There is a reason BB&T has a reputation for getting the leftover rejects in the banking industry. Many of them ended up at this branch.

Horrible service! Very upset with the service in this branch, Everytime I go to pay for my car loan their is a very very long wait line and ONLY ONE TELLER. They need more than one teller!!

Useless, every time I go to this branch no one can do ANYTHING including the branch manager. Worst customer service of any BB&T branch.
