G L Financial LLC Mirramont Lake Dr, Woodstock

I've only recently started working with them and everyone I've spoken to has been nice. I just wish there was a way to make my payment online or something. First, I have terrible anxiety and I hate talking to people on the phone. Second, they almost always call me while I'm at work and I can't answer my phone.

i am only choosing one star because i cannot submit this review without it. I have paid off my car and i asked them for my second set of keys. the original company i bought my car from sold my account to gl financial. worst mistake ever!!! the lady i spoke to on the phone was rude and didn't care. she told me that she guess i would have to go to a dealer and get another key made. that is not good customer service. i asked to speak the manager and i still have not heard from the manager and that has been two days ago. this is not right and i feel that they should reimburse us for the keys and remotes. it was not our fault that our accounts were sold to them and they dispose of the second set of keys. i need to know who i need to talk to about getting my other set of keys and making the rude women i spoke with take a class in how to treat customers.

GL Financial has been the best experience we have had while financing a car. Although all our payments are made on time. Chris is the best he always respectful and gives honest answers. Everyone we have talked to at this company has been very professional. I hope our next car purchase is with a company list GL Financial.

G L financial is literally a blessing!! I haven't dealt with any finance companies before, but I hope next time I do they are at least half as helpful as these guys. I was on the edge of being evicted and couldn't make my car payment, but they worked with me and gave me a deferment (I guess that's how you spell it) so that wouldn't happen. Plus they're going to work with me to get my rx8 working again. I can't thank you enough for the blessings yall have given me! Chris, and mark are the most awesome people to talk to in customer service!!!!

Great finance company, I'd recommend GL Financial to anyone who needs their services. Very friendly and helpful staff, always very professional and are there to help when you need it. Five stars!

Not very good customer service. They bought my account and sent me someone else’s payment book and still have to yet to send me a correct one

When they answer the phone, you think oh wow this person sounds like a nice person. Soon as you tell them you need a little more time for your payment, all of a sudden they are rude and hateful. Sorry we aren’t well off like you all are, some people are struggling to bounce back. I have not talked to one nice person there to be honest. They treat people like they are nobody’s. It’s almost better taking the L and turning in whatever they are fussing at you about. Just my opinion. I have never been talked to so hateful in my life.

Ms. Judy is the best there is! She is the most helpful and most understanding person I’ve ever met! Thank you GL Financial for hiring and keeping such a great person on your team! I would recommend that if you’re looking for a great operating vehicle, to head on down to Highway 92 Auto Sales/GL Financial for the greatest of deals!

What a joke! They purchased my account and then make you pay a fee every time you make a payment! They do not offer payments in person, do not accept cash, and expect you to send them a check by mail, unless you want to pay a fee to use a card over the phone. How do you not offer online payments when it is nearly 2020? First rule of business: do not make it hard for people to give you money! Especially if that person is a struggling student with a car loan worth double the asset.

Judy is amazing. She is always willing to go above and beyond to help her clients in any way she possibly can. She is very professional and very courteous.
