Fund That Flip E 9th St, Cleveland

Best real estate lending platform - hands down. The combination of technology, underwriting process, and the quality of the developers/borrowers on the platform makes it much easier to achieve a positive ROI. They make it almost impossible to miss up if you do the bare minimum due diligence. I have a few friends who are interested in using the platform but they are not accredited investors. The only thing I wish for is to have a lower-risk (managed fund?) to allow access to this class of investors. My personal experience has been very positive and I am gradually moving more funds from other real estate investment vehicles to Fund That Flip. Keep up the good work!

Started investing five months ago. No issues so far with the process. Waiting to see a full cycle of investing, monthly payments, and return of principal. Website is easy to use after you find the lender dashboard button.

I have been investing with Fund that Flip for about a year and they have been great it's great to be involved with a company that deals with 1099's instead of K1's it makes things easier they also have a great customer service department.I currently have 21 investment deals with them and I plan to keep investing with them for years to come.

I have been very pleased so far with Fund That Flip! The platform is very easy to navigate and use. They also have such an amazing team that is available by phone! I especially enjoy the opportunity to spread out investments across several different types of properties/states/dollar amounts/time lengths/etc to diversify further. I've been investing since mid 2021. So far, so good. All payments have been on-time. Platform is easy to use. I seem to get updates on the investment frequently.

I currently have two investments with FTF: a PFNF Fund paying 8% without fail so far, and an individual new construction loan. The latter has been late to pay several times, but FTF has so far been able to get the borrower to catch up and pay late fees. I plan another fund-based investment soon.

I have been investing with Fund That Flip for the last 4 months. I am in several of their funds and each month I receive interest payments without fail. Great place to invest savings for short (6-12 month) investments. I would recommend to anyone. I am also a buy and hold real estate investor and heard about them on a few of the podcasts I listen to. Great idea to help flippers and investors.
