Fulton Mortgage Company Lancaster

My original loan officer was very hard to get ahold of. When I would bring it up she would say that I should leave a message if I missed her, however, if I did I would not get a call back. She also said she would take care of sending things to the appropriate people, then told my realtor she needed to do it and made her look foolish. She then left and my loan went to someone else. This person was a bit better but i didn’t even receive final closing numbers within the standard three days prior to closing. I don’t think I’ll be using Fulton for any future mortgages I may have.

Reason I give this place a 2 stars and because Fulton bank themselves are a great bank. But there is a specific individual that I would highly recommend not working with when deciding to get a mortgage through this bank. Unfortunately the 2 stars come from the individual and the experience he gave to me when purchasing my first home. Todd Nine is the person that I would recommend you stay away from. Especially if your a first time buyer. You would think this person would help guide you through the process but instead you are nothing but a number and a commission to this individual. I had a horrible experience during and after the purchase. I spoke to two other agents a they treated me with respect. Once it got to Todd it was just a job and nothing more. He could careless about your situation and might even sneak things into the purchase. Be super careful what you sign. He will not explain everything thoroughly with you. Your completely on your own. Once you sign he was happy and that’s that. I would recommend Fulton bank. I will not recommend working with this person.

I had dealings with Scott Martin and Tracy Vrabel-kept telling me documents were not being received after my sending numerous times-they threatened to cancel the re finance application because they were not received in the time allocated- just has not been a pleasant experience at all thus far-their absolutely horrible with communication with each other-and I being the one penalized.

Two weeks out from closing on my home and I’m passed between loan processors without formal notice. I was told previously my loan was approved, he starts his email off with a congratulations that my application has been approved. Are you kidding me, back to square one? I am about to close.The new loan officer doesn’t have the decency to introduce himself or explain what has happened. He proceeds to request copies of documents I have already taken my blessed time to upload to the portal I was instructed to use when I started the process two months back. He includes in his email to me “Please contact me with any questions, I am here to assist you thru the process.” So I call him for clarification and he abruptly ends the call less than a minute or two and says he will call back or something. Unacceptable, unbelievable, poor poor service.

I had a wonderful conversation with Brenda who was supposed to he helping us see if we qualify for any down payment assistance. I spoke with her on the phone, gave her all of our personal information, and never heard from her again. I thought maybe I missed her call so I emailed her and nothing. I'm starting to wonder if she was ever doing what she said.

Went through a pre approval process had my credit approved and never received my pre approval that was said to be in the mail. Use someone else!! Dave Mackley was my contact.
