Working with Fulcrum was a seamless and easy process. I specifically worked with Dylan and Matt and they were on top of everything, easy to communicate with, always prompt to respond and very organized. I really couldn't have asked for a better team and best of all I felt like the rate and fees provided were fairly competitive. Urie Layser was so dedicated during our home refinance. There was a lot of unexpected and strange things in our previous home loan that we didn’t even know about! He stuck with it no matter what was thrown at him, there was A LOT of stuff that was hard to navigate. He was always communicating with us (even when he was on vacation!) Urie even got us a lower interest rate and a higher cash back then we had expected for our refinance!
