Frost Bank La Frontera Blvd, Round Rock

Went into the La Frontera branch today to open a business account. Had the absolute pleasure of meeting Frost’s Banker of the Year (I'm assuming), Emily. She was SO nice - truly one of the most pleasant, informative, professional, personable encounters I've ever had. I was recommended Frost Bank by my bookkeeper (which was also a good sign) and now I'm sure I'll be a customer for life.

Tiffany would not cash a check a business entity that banked at Frost issued to us. She took a copy of the check for some unknown reason but did not honor the check or resolve the issue. We left without our settlement amount awarded to us by the Frost customer. Tiffany did not go above and beyond.

Been with Frost 10-12 years. Never had them not speak, until today. My first time going to this location through the motor bank, and no one spoke and said hello. As they cashed a small check, I kept waiting..nothing. I thought maybe they'd say thank you or have a good day..nothing. Really, Frost. You seem to be going downhill. Other locations not open on Saturdays, now the tellers don't speak?

I have been a member for 3 years and I have nothing but good things to say about Frost Bank and this location. From the receptionist to the loan department, top notch. Always helpful and willing to go the extra mile.

While directly across the street from Chase, this bank is the exact opposite (and trust me, that's a good thing). They treat you like a human, they don't upsell, and the customer service setup is great.

Love Frost Bank and the customer service hands down is the best and it is always a pleasure to talk to real people on the phone. I also love how Frost now pays you two days early with direct deposits! Highly recommend this bank for all your banking needs!

I have been with Frost Bank since 1980. With the La Frontera, Round Rock, TX branch and the Technology, Austin, TX branches fir over 25 years. Service at any Frost branch has always been fast, and thorough! The staff is always pleasant and professional. Please keep up the quality Frost Bank !!!!!

Excellent service here, they assisted me right away and resolved all the things I needed to take care of, the location is also visually appealing and modern. I am making this one my main Frost Bank location :)

They don’t waste time. They help you get what you need done quickly with courtesy and respect. Also if you have time you can relax in their lobby which includes free WiFi, PC usage with internet, daily newspaper and TV while you enjoy a free cup of coffee and cookie! WOW!

Lousy customer service at this location. They make you feel as if you owe them service when you know they are in the service business.
