So I choice to go to a different cashier her name Davon ..no im not rich i work hard & live pay check by paycheck never have time for anything because I work so much Always feeling like they are Police station or as if I got pulled over it's over becauseof my i.d .. I under your trying to do your job poor young gentleman with black grasses embarrassing It's only reason that I gave a one star is because supposedly Devon went to the back and asked her supervisor or her manager the one that opened my my account if it was OK to give me large bills for over the amount that I was asking cause the ATM was not allowing me Do a withdrawal due to the spending limit per day. Thank you I promise you that will ever be the last time your rude coworkers see me. Your have all my information if you like the review to be remove .

This bank is a class act 🙏

I do not recommend this bank. My husband and I recently moved to the area and were thinking about switching all of our banking here because they are right down the street. We opened an account to try them out a bit before switching everything over. The first time we used the ATM the machine took our money. We let Frost know and they would not reimburse our money. This was our hard-earned money and they just took it.

I have never had an issue with this bank and everyone has given me exceptional customer service
