    I just purchased my vehicle yesterday and I cannot recommend this place enough!! Danny B. Is a sympathetic and honest person and salesman. He wants to help everyone but will not twist your arm or be pushy which is what you expect and anticipate when dealing with Auto Salesmen. He listens to your wants and needs and tries to help you find the best fit for that and your budget. He is thorough, friendly and sincere. After my two days to checkout my vehicle then purchase and pickup it felt like I’d known him for years! Great human being and salesmen. Never felt pressure from him and so I happily made my purchase with him, would definitely go back in the future. You won’t be disappointed coming here!!

    Where do I start?! Absolutely amazing dealership with two of the nicest guys I've ever met. I purchased a BEAUTIFUL sports car from them, went in on Sunday, July 3rd, around 10:30 and walked out by 12 approved to finance my car with an incredible monthly payment and little to nothing down (I do have very good credit). The only reason I didn't get it the next day was because it was July 4th! Thank you to both Arthur and Danny for making this dream come true.

    Don't do business here. Thought everything went great, bought an extended warranty, but my damage wasn't covered. My engine blew 3 months after I bought the car, and put 4,200 miles on it total. Day before my first oil change, my engine blows. Because it wasn't changed @3,500 miles, the $3,500k warranty I paid for is all for nothing. Danny was immediately aggressive and dismissive on the phone. No attempt to resolve or listen to his customer. Sold me a warranty that covers my engine, but only if under 3,500 miles in between oil changes! and don't think about changing your own oil because receipts are mandatory. So i paid for a car that I got 90 days and 4,000 miles out of. Paid for a warranty that doesn't cover my damage, and got cursed out by a manager in the process. a pleasure to do business!

    Zachary this is terrible for both of us....but ALSO could not be further then the truth IN THIS MATTER , you will find that we consistently go above and beyond for our customers AND HAVE FOR A LONG TIME but unfortunately in this case, from what we are being told the engine had ZERO ENGINE OIL in it! when it was brought in to the repair shop that you sent it to, so whether it had a leak or some other issue going on, it seems that maybe you did not check and or keep a eye on the oil level witch is YOUR responsibility as a vehicle owner, obviously no engine is going to run with no lubrication AND UNFORTUNATLEY NO WARRANTY COMPANY IS GOING PAY FOR NEGLECT also you can of course change your own oil!!...just need receipts for the oil and filter --standard practice--as for Danny... he was trying to talk to you and you did not want to here any thing unless it was what you WANTED to here....WE ARE STILL WILLING TO TRY TO HELP YOU IN SOME WAY BUT YOU MUST UNDER STAND THIS IS A CASE OF NEGLECT ON YOUR PART GIVE US A CALL IF YOUD LIKE, WE ARE OFFERING TO TRY AND ASSISIT IN SOME WAY 6319566103

    I cannot say enough great things about my experience at Frontline. I had to buy a car for my son and they were very responsive to our wants and needs. I didn’t feel pressured into something I didn’t want or could afford. I was treated with the upmost respect as a customer. It was a quick and smooth transaction.     Arthur and his whole crew at Frontline 109 are quite simply, the best, easiest, friendliest and most honest individuals I've ever come across in the car buying process. They are warm, friendly and engaging every step of the way. I recently purchased a 2008 FJ Cruiser, which was quite coveted, and being from out of state, Arthur and Frontline were more than accommodating and made the entire experience one that I would repeat any day.     Sales experience with Danny was great, they didn’t change the price or charge ANY fees. What I saw online was what I paid. I didn’t have a down payment but my credit was strong enough to do a 0 down. They got me an amazing interest rate with a credit union. I purchased a 2016 nissan maxima with 90k miles. Had to settle for this because of how tough the market is right now. Unfortunately, after driving the car less than 200 miles I had a pretty wild experience. Car just seized up in the middle of traffic, lost steering and throttle response, all electronics. Lucky enough not to get in an accident and was able to limp it back home. This happened on the 30th and last day I was entitled to a standard warranty. I called frontline and they helped me out right away. Had someone tow the vehicle from my house to their service department. Vehicle was picked up on a Monday, I called Wednesday for an update. They said the alternator failed and they would replace it as well as the battery the following day and call me back. Didn't hear from them again until a week later. Service department had my car a total of 10 days, paperwork says they replaced just the alternator, but the battery does look brand new as well. They did put 100 miles on my car, but I didn’t have to pay anything. Update: Their service manager, Josue, followed up with me and explained the services done/why it took longer than expected. He wanted to make sure I was happy and felt safe in the vehicle and recommended I come back if any issues still occur. They are doing everything they can to rectify the issue. Their customer service so far has been solid. Used cars can have issues, some are more reliable than others and every car has it's life cycle. Sometimes they sit for a while before getting sold and things like batteries and alternators can wear out. Although I don't completely love the vehicle I chose to get, it shouldn't reflect on them as a dealership. They've been nothing but helpful since I stepped foot on the lot. Thank you Danny and Josue! I definitely recommend Frontline and I would do business here again.

    I had frontline replace my injectors on a lb7 duramax. It was a massive job involving digging into the engine. 20,000 miles later, no issues, no leaks, no problems! Excellent install with a very reasonable price! I also purchased a vehicle with frontline over 6 years ago. It still runs great with no major issues. I would highly reccomend these guys for repairs and purchasing vehicles. Great people and service!

    I loved this dealership! I wrote in after seeing a Jeep I was looking all over for and after talking to Danny on the phone and meeting Artie in person I knew these were honest people (and my dads name is Artie so I was already kind of bias). Overall the sale was fast! They made sure they were very thorough when getting the car ready for handoff and I loved the calm and easy feel of the whole process. No sketchiness, no rushed feeling this is a great place to come when buying your first car!

    I needed an air bag clock spring replacement in order to pass inspection and other shops were quoting me at 350-400 for it. Jose quoted me at 175. I dropped off my car and he had the repair done with the passed inspection the next day. The repair cost came in at even lower then the quote at 157!!! This is the most pleasant experience with a mechanic I have ever had. Very friendly and easy to set up the repair. Great prices and excellent service. This shop is def worth giving your business to. I highly recommend this shop.

    Saw their listing for a Mazda CX-7 and went to check it out the next day. Danny was easy to work with, straightforward and honest. Before I left the lot they even gave the car a brand new battery. I have driven the car a couple hundred miles since buying it and have had no issues.     My boyfriend and I had the pleasure of dealing with Mike at Frontline. We were in the parking lot looking for a new car and he casually walked up and asked us if we needed anything. He was very helpful and not pushy at all. We ended up with a Hyundai that was pulling in as we were leaving and he made the whole purchasing experience a breeze.     Purchased a 2013 Cadillac CTS Coupe from Arty and team. Overall experience was very positive and no pressure at all. I was given a fair price for my trade as well as fair price for purchase. Had a slight issue to bring car back for and they did their best to rectify it as well as give a loaner car. This was my 1st purchase from Frontline and would definitely recommend to friends and family.

    This is my second car from Frontline Auto Sales in less than a month. The car and the service were so superb that I had to go back to get one for my husband.     I visited several used auto dealers and by far the service here was best. No one tried to sell me, no gimmicks the price listed is the actual price, no additional fees were added. You can tell the people at front-line genuinely care about the customer. The cars listed were stocked, no bait and switch tactics like a lot of other places. I appreciate the time they gave me to make a decision and test drive the vehicle, on my tests drive found that the brakes making noise mike had the car ck and they did a complete brakes service, I’d refer them to anyone looking for a used car but hate high pressure salesman. if you are this is the place for you. 0

    I was working with a budget for my daughters first car, Mike was able to help me pick a car a lot newer with a lot less miles than I expected. The car runs great, 2008 Hyundai Elantra with only 90k miles. Great Customer service, great selection of vehicles.     If I could give this place zero stars I would this place sold my sister a lemon. Literally one week after another back in the shop for another problem. A warranty of 2 months not long enough for this POS car. This place cleans the car up real nice clearing all the codes out so the car looks like it’s in “perfect condition” welp it’s NOT. Take your money else where.

    Amanda first off if the car is in our shop after you bought the vehicle, that clearly INDICATES that we are doing our best to fix the vehicle,at our expense-what else can we do?- that does not constitute a LEMON-There is no clearing of codes as you say -all vehicles in NY must get a state inspection witch requires the vehicle to be plugged in and emission monitors to be set with no check engine light or even it about to be on (Pending). There is no such thing as PERFECT condition- if you want that you’ll have to buy a new vehicle - all we can do it try to make it right - which is clearly not enough- we have been in business in the same location for over 18 years and this is not how we conduct business if you would like to give us a call and discuss we will try our best to make you happy we never run away from issues and never will-

    We had a fantastic experience with Frontline Auto Sales! My son recently purchased a 2005 Mazda 6 before heading back upstate to college. He’s done a lot of local driving and road trips since and, as a dad, I’m sleeping very comfortably knowing he has a reliable vehicle 300 mi from home! I was so impressed with the condition of the vehicle coming off the lot, new breaks, tune up, fixed all minor cosmetic items. The 2005 looked and felt like new!     I was looking for a specific Vehicle and was in no rush. I've been searching with one of those auto search sites for about 6 months. Seen plenty shady and misleading post. One Saturday morning it popped up at Frontline, and as luck would have it, Frontline is only 5 minutes from home so I took a ride over. The Picture and description of the vehicle where not only inviting, they were also spot on. Hooked up with Will, he through plates on, tossed me the key and said have a great ride. Vehicle was clean inside and out, all maintenance was done . I found a couple of things that needed attention, Will and I settled on a price and frontilne took care of the issues before I took delivery. No Drama at all. After delivery I had one issue, Frontline without hesitation or argument took care of it immediately. While I was at lot, I did look at other vehicle, just for the fun of it. They defiantly had a good selection and all seemed really clean. If I needed to buy another i would, GF needs a car bringing her here. The overall experience was really good (total unexpected from a use car operation), everyone was pleasant, no pressure, no gimmicks, no fast talking, NO HIDDEN fees, just the price of car, tax and plates. the communications have been great all through-out. Really good experience and would buy again. Will is the man!

    Excellent Service and Great Prices. After years of getting ripped off by car dealerships, I've learned to never give a review until about a month after you purchase your vehicle. I purchased a used GMC Acadia from from Frontline and I have to say they are completely honest and the car is in excellent shape. Other dealers tried to increase pricing on their vehicles when they learned you were paying cash, but at Frontline the price you see online is the price you see and pay when you visit them. No tricks or gimmicks. They even have their own repair shop a few blocks away that they allow you to bring the car to for any necessary repairs needed before purchase. In my case, I had a broken mirror which their repair place fixed and painted the frame at no cost. This dealership is awesome and I totally appreciate the great service. Big Thanks to Danny for all of your knowledge and help. I will see you soon to purchase a van for my business.

    Just picked up our new, used Subaru from Frontline, couldn't be happier.     My family has purchased many cars from here over the years and it’s always been the easiest and best experience. I purchased my first car from Danny Bonilla today after a couple of visits there this week. As a first time purchaser, he did a great job of explaining all of the details and processes of purchasing a vehicle. I explained to him my budget and vehicle needs and he was able to give me an extensive list of available cars on the lot. It really took a lot of the stress off of the process. The selection of cars was fantastic. I decided on a 2015 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport that was in excellent condition with low mileage. Danny was able to get me a great rate on the loan.     Frontline Auto Sales has the best cars with best prices. I have been shopping for a car for a month and I found my car a GREAT price. These guys are GENUINELY the best.     I just bought a 2011 Hundai Sonata and I couldn't be happier! I put a deposit down and was able to pick up the car 2 days later! Danny the salesman was amazing and a great help. Unfortunately, I can't remember the gentlemen's name (possibly Artie) who worked out the loan for me but he gets five stars as well.     Just purchased our new family truck 2012 Buick Enclave with Frontline Auto Sales, very pleased with all of them. The staff is very easy to deal with and professional, you won’t find a pushy salesman’s in this dealer. Upfront with prices. The facility is very clean.     By far the best used car experience I ever had. The salesmen were not pushy, and there were no hidden fees. the price was exactly what I paid. there were a few issues with the car after I bought it (2008 Jeep with 97k miles on it). Ownership was able to work with me to resolve them. Update - Just purchased my 3rd car from them 2012 jeep wrangler. Another hassle free car buying experience. no need to go anywhere else.

    Frontline109 auto sales was a great dealership to work with! I went there a week ago to look for a car and fell in love with a very nice dodge dart. They were very patient with me and really took the time to show me their whole lot and worked with my price range. I was even able to take it for a nice test drive too. I'm happy to say i went back later that same day and purchased the dodge dart and I absolutely love it! Thank you to all the guys at the store for all you're help.     Another great experience at Frontline! They cater to your ever need. Friendly, helpful, knowledgable staff, work with you, and for you as if you were family. Highly recommend Frontline to anyone needing a vehicle! You will be delighted with the stock of vehicles along with the user friendly website. The website contains everything you could want to know about each individual vehicle. It also allows you to compare them side by side. All questions were answered timely.     What initially attracted me to Frontline was the nice selection of vehicles and then I read reviews about their company and that gave me the motivation to actually check them out. My wife and I initially had our eye on a 2010 Chevy Equinox that was fully loaded but was sold before we could pull the trigger. Fortunately their selection did not leave us high and dry. We found another vehicle a 2010 Ford Explorer Sport Trac Adrenalin edition! It was clean inside and out and our lengthy test drive proved it to be worthy of a offer. We agreed on a price and financed the vehicle. It did need a new drivers mirror insert wish they promised to take care of(which they did). I can't say enough about the staff at Frontline, Arthur, Mike, Marc and Bob were very pleasant to deal with and professional yet down to earth. They treated us with respect and understanding. This dealership, unlike others, DO NOT PRACTICE DECEPTION! After we had the vehicle for a week we had a minor issue to which without question they promptly took care of, all at their own expense and to our satisfaction. Their honesty, ease of transaction, great selection and 100% standing behind what they sell has made us a future repeat customer and promoter to others who are looking for quality pre-owned vehicles at very competitive prices. Don't buy a vehicle elsewhere before you check out Frontline Auto!

This is the only dealership That I know of, that has 3D visual viewing of all there cars. They have a excellent sales team. An the the best part there's absolutely no pressure selling.
