    Buying a car here was the worst experience I've ever had in purchasing a car. I purchased a $30,000 vehicle from here and quickly realized it wasn't starting correctly. It took them multiple tries to get it fixed. When I got it back (months later) the ac didn't work. My car is finally fixed after about 3 months. Most of the people I dealt with there had very poor customer service, had very little empathy for my situation, failed to follow up with me as promised on multiple occasions, and some of them were just very rude. I have asked them multiple times for a printout of everything that was replaced on the car since I purchased it, and was told it wouldn't be a problem. I have yet to receive that printout. This situation should've been prioritized at the highest level, but it was not. I was never made to feel like a priority. The salesman, Andrew told me he would email me instructions on how to reset the keyless entry. I never received that email. He also told me he was going to text me his phone number so that I could reach out to him directly with any other issues. I never received that text either. He was happy to take my money for the car but then when issues immediately arose he nor anyone else there was happy to help me with those issues. Instead, I was made to feel like an inconvenience and a bother. They did repair the car at no cost to me (which is the least of what should've happened) and they gave me loaners to drive, except for when I drove up (45 min drive) to have them look at the AC. I was told I would be given a loaner on that day, but was not. Lee said for me just to drive my car, that I shouldn't need my ac and that it wouldn't be that hot. (That week it was 90 plus degrees each day and I was miserable driving my car with no ac) I would not ever recommend buying a car from this dealership!

    Susan, We certainly hate that the car you purchased has had mechanical issues. That is why we always offer an extended service contract with any purchase. You choose not to take advantage of this opportunity. However because we want to be FAIR to our customers, we have never charged for any repair/corrections and offered a loaner vehicle free of charge each time. I know that this does not relieve the frustration and I am sorry for that. After each issue we offered to exchange your vehicle which you declined and again I will extend the prior offer to exchange your vehicle for another. Again I am sorry for the frustration that mechanical issues can cause. Believe me it is frustrating for us too.. The main issue I have with your review is that you never mentioned all the positives that the dealership did with no obligation. We were doing our very best to be FAIR to the customer and I am proud of our response. We could have done nothing and received the same feedback from you but instead we did what was right.     Had my transmission serviced. Kate was great with telling me what they were doing and what my car would be needing in the near future. They answered my questions and concerns. The maintenance was done in a timely matter. Very satisfied with my service.

    I did NOT like how I'm guessing it was the manager over sales brought all the sales guys in his office at 8:45 and really chewed them for not selling many vehicles. He could have done this in a better way than how he done it that morning when myself and another lady was sitting there listening. If I would have been one of those salesman I would have walked out and quit right then and there. UNACCEPTABLE.

    GPS does not work correctly. It sends us on local roads and constantly tells us to turn around. Service Technician says we aren't the only one complaining about this problem. They told me to video the problem and show them. Not sure when it will happen again or how to video while driving. This is the second time I brought it in for this and the second time I was dissatisfied. Really should have bought a Toyota Rav 4.

    The first person to answer the phone when I called told me they don't offer a shuttle service even though the last 2 oil changes I had done someone brought me back to my job 4 minutes up the road. The guy sounded half asleep and even less interested in helping me. Then when paying the total came to $74 this was the first time since buying my truck at this location that I was charged. When asked if I get the coupons mailed to me I said yes and forgot to put them in my purse. I asked if he could honor the coupon pricing for me and again I was told NO.

    I've been doing business there for years under multiple owners. Today's service experience was the worst. I initially called to make an appointment for an oil and filter change. I made the appointment and when the service scheduler read it back to confirm, stated that a tire rotation was also included. I didn't need or want a rotation but was informed that it was in the price of $60, so I might as well get it. I scheduled the appointment for 9:00 am. I got a confirmation email stating that it was for 9:30 am. I arrived at 9:30. My car sat in the service queue until 9:45am. Apparently, there was only one guy there changing the oil. The whole thing took an hour, and my tires weren't rotated, but was charged for it.

    Don’t buy from here, especially the 2013 civic si for sale, the thing is a lemon, it doesn’t idle properly the alignment is completely out of Wack. The window seals are completely rotted out, with many other issues I don’t need to go into. The best part is the throttle completely cut out on me during a test drive. After the test drive I told the salesman what price I wanted to pay for it. Not 5 minutes later he handed me my keys and said sorry 18.5 is the best we can do. Didn’t appraise my trade, didn’t even attempt to show me numbers/ work with me on the numbers. It was a complete waste of time!! PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

    My family and I just recently purchased a new rogue. Our car buying experience was hands down the easiest we have had! I had talked with salesman throughout the day, once we arrived everything was ready to go. From the time we arrived, looked at new vehicle, transferred vehicles and signed papers we was in and out within an hour. We were highly impressed!     They quoted me for a specific set of tires and told me that it qualifies for the buy 3 tires get the 4th for $1. I found out after your service was provided that they didn’t. I was also told that they couldn’t get me the tires quoted and the only other set they could get also didn’t qualify for the promotion. Terrible service, would NOT recommend to anyone else. They also pulled on the seals on the passenger side in the front seat and caused my car to leak when it rained. Luckily I was able to push it back in myself to prevent further damages.

    I had the pleasure to meet Brad at friendship Nissan of Boone. He was the most pleasant, kindness,honest, friendliest person I have ever meet at a car dealership, he was not pushy, he answered every question I ask and explained his answer in a helpful way.     I use Nissan of Boone NC for all of my vehicle work and maintenance, so not my only visit. I have been very happy with everything until my most recent visit. Initially, I was told that it would take about half a day. Took my truck in the day before, for convenience. I got a call to approve the work at 3:30ish (friday). I didn’t get to the call in time but called right back. Couldn’t reach anyone but left a message, they didn’t call back, so I went to the dealership in person. I was told the work wasn’t done because they had to wait on a part, after being told they had the part in stock. Well, I was left without a vehicle for the weekend, no loaner available. Missed 3 days of work for this service, had not planned on that. My biggest complaint was not being able to talk to anyone when I called, and no callback. I understand the labor shortage, and maybe that’s the issue but I don’t know because I wasn’t told anything. The dealership, in my mind, should set the bar for everyone else to strive to match. This was not a bar I was impressed with at all. Will likely go elsewhere in the future and hope for better service. Again, I have been very happy with service in the past.

    We bought a used 2011 Jeep Compass from Chad Estep. Our experience was excellent. Chad was not pushy and went above and beyond. He stayed almost an hour late so we could come pick up the vehicle. About 1 month after purchase, Chad called and said that they had a record of a check engine light that they had not addressed. He also said that he had found a spare key for the vehicle. The following week, the problem was fixed free of charge. Patrick in service was professional and fast. I appreciate the honesty and work ethic shown by these individuals. In this day and age it was refreshing to have them reach out AFTER the sale to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase.

    Mr. Parsons, I am truly sorry you were disappointed. Our disclosure is not really fine print, all of our conditions are listed in the vehicle's description. Most customer understand that the banks give the dealership money to finance with that bank. Friendship Nissan, unlike most dealers, returns that money to the customer as a price reduction on the internet. Most customer like this added bonus, as bank interest rates tend to be pretty stable. If we are not using dealership financing than we are unable to return the money to the customer in a price reduction as shown the internet. That is why our description/disclosure mentions dealer arranged financing. We never want to upset our customers and we obviously did not explain this process to you well, as we probably would not have gotten this type of review. Not everyone wants to take advantage of every offer i.e.. rebates instead of special APR. We do are best to structure a deal based on how the customer wants to buy a vehicle.

    Easily one of my most resented places I’ve ever been to. Frustration to say the least, and constantly being ripped off by incompetent mechanics. Wanted to charge me over 1100 for a light assembly. Got a cv axel replacement and fixed my light for cheaper from an independent shop. NEVER go to this place. Patrick is the only guy there who cares about anything other than $. I’d give this place negative stars if I could.

    They tried to rip us off on the purchase of our nissan lease. We saved $600 dollars just by making a call to wilkesboro nissan. If we had known that your fees were almost double of a neighboring dealership, we could have saved the drive and our time. Why would we pay another $150.00 to inspect a vehicle, that we have been in possession of for 3 years? Maybe being upfront on the phone, that the dealership is 90% higher on fees, would be more efficient than trying to trick them in your office.

    The entire staff from top to bottom of great! Chris, the General Manager, was incredibly friendly and personable! He'll make you feel at home, even if you're from Tennessee, like me! Great guy! Bill, the Finance Director, has been in the business for years and is extremely knowledgeable and does paperwork better than anyone else.     I brought my 2013 Nissan Pathfinder to Friendship Nissan for a CVT fluid flush, a great experience everyone there was very helpful and very welcoming, they finished the flush a lot sooner then I would have thought it would take.
