    What a great Dealership! I live in Phoenix, AZ and was shopping for a Jeep Wrangler 4XE though cars.com. From all the queries I sent out, Friendship was the only one that sent me a detailed costs list. There were additional costs, but the final price was still under MSRP! I cannot stress how rare this is for a car in high demand. 90% of the non-pressure transaction was completed though texts in a few hours which was very nice. We had everything set for my arrival on Monday (air travel). Showing up at the dealership via uber, my Jeep was sitting out front (SnazzBerry red)! The transaction was completed in a couple hours and that was only becuase they had to figure out AZ taxes. I was out of the dealership and on the road by 11:30am. The entire experience was simply awesome! I highly recommend Friendship for a great non-pressure dealership experience!

    I had been trying to talk myself into trading my car for months and I came across a Jeep Renegade on the Friendship website that I fell in love with.     I worked with David Lynn, at your dealership recently I can’t express enough what a pleasure it was. First of all your store , and staff were so friendly and accommodating. David met me in the front of the store, I told him I was just looking. He was very pleasant and professional, he gave me valuable insight into what I needed to understand about the different models. He also gave me valuable insight into the current market situation, I was really impressed with his mannerisms. I have not yet purchased a vehicle, however when I am ready David will be my salesman. I just can’t get over how much time, and details he provided knowing I would not be buying that day.     Great used-car buying experience! Dave Lynn was very helpful and patient on a late day process to finalize the sale. I had a few expectations and wants going into the discussion and he helped to make it all work out. I had a few follow-up questions the next day and he was quick to respond to my messages.     I went on Memorial Day to test drive a Wrangler with a lift conversion package. The experience was GREAT! The jeep was better than expected.     Needed an SUV and purchased a used one from Friendship CJD. Brandon B took excellent care to make sure I got what I wanted and within my budget. Had a small warranty issue (unknown to Friendship as this was a trade in at a partner dealership) and it was taken care of very professionally by Friendship (which is a BIG deal to most). The best customer service in the region hands down!

    I highly recommend buying your next car at Friendship Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram dealer in Bristol, Tennessee! Their prices are unbeatable and their customer service is phenomenal! We bought the 1st car and drove all the way from Georgia. Our sales guy was Rick Leonard and was extremely helpful, professional and friendly!     I purchased a 2022 Jeep Gladiator from Rick Leonard. I knew 4 things I wanted in a vehicle and Rick found it! He did not pressure me to look at other cars. Up to that point, I had visited several car lots and test drove many Jeep Gladiators - and was disappointed in their customer service. Rick was patient and took time to answer my questions. He was mindful of my budget as well. He walked me through the exterior and interior features - AND how to use each to my advantage. It was a wonderful experience. I wish I had visited Friendship CJDR sooner. Additionally, the process of purchasing the car was excellent. I was walked through the finances step by step and all my questions were answered about the different packages and warranties. I highly recommend Rick Leonard and Friendship CJDR for your vehicle purchase.

    I bought a 2018 Jeep Cherokee roughly a year ago at this Jeep location and I also get my oil changed done here as well. I love the friendly atmosphere and I love that they are dog friendly bc my dog goes everywhere with me. More specifically Ms. Blakely King has always been super nice and helpful I had a tire that needed air a few days ago and she helped me right away. If they cannot get to me right away they politely let me know that they’ll be with me as soon as possible. Very clean, big, nice, and open dealership!

    Definitely wouldn't recommend buying a car from the dodge dealer. I bought my 2016 Ford explorer almost 3 weeks ago and when we first test drove the car we noticed that the coolant was low and asked for all the fluids to be topped off. We take the car home and that night we noticed that the rear end was leaking, there was a chip in the front window, the delaminate was coming off the rear view mirror, and they never topped off any of the fluids. Even the oil was low. I called the next morning and was only able to get an appointment for that following Monday. I brought the car in and explained everything that was wrong and needed to be fixed. The only thing they fixed was the rear end leak and the rear view mirror. I still have a huge chip in my window and my fluids were still not topped off. I called the next day and asked for a manager. I got told from her that since my coolant was low there was most likely a leak and needed to get the vehicle inspected and that she would talk to my service advisor and call back. Well it's now almost a week later and I still havent heard anything from the manager or the service advisor. They have absolutely horrible customer service and would not recommend them to anybody

    This is the worst dealership. They will do anything to sell you a car. They were not up front about a check engine light on the van we bought and could not give us a clear answer about when our purchase would be delivered. Each time we called we were told something different. When the check engine light came on a week after we had the vehicle they would not return our calls. Also read all of the other bad reviews- we had the exact same added on charges just because we went through our own credit union for financing. They are crooks. Go somewhere else.

    If I could I would give this dealership 0 stars. Sales people and management don't keep their word. I've had the run around with this lot for over an month on getting my vehicle fixed. That was supposed to be fixed before I picked it up after purchasing it... The car broke down exactly 30 days after I purchased it. I paid over $200 to have it fixed.. very upset as I was promised a reliable vehicle as I have a small child. I will never buy from this lot again nor will I recommend anyone to this dealership.

    I did buy a 2022 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited here solely because the price was great. I would never go back here to buy another vehicle, it was the most difficult buying process. I drove 3+ hours to buy and was at the dealership for another 3 hours just signing paper work even though we agreed to everything over the phone before I arrived. Once we were at the dealership, we talked to Grayson maybe 3 different times each for about 5 minutes with about 45 minutes of waiting in between while he talked to other customers. My brother and I have both purchased quite a few cars before and this is the longest buying process by far. After you do purchase a vehicle they keep pressing that a survey will get sent to you and that you have to give them a 10 out of 10, I would never give them a 10. The other issue I had was that they drag their feet on getting the title paperwork sent so I had to actually reach out to Kris Childs, the General Manager, to get another temporary tag sent as the one they gave me expired before the title paperwork was finalized. He told me they were overnighting a temporary tag and that my title is at my local DMV. I had to call 3 times after I talked to Kris as I had still not received a new temporary tag and was forced to drive on an expired plate since I needed to go to work. My title had also not been received by my local title office and I didn't receive a new temporary tag until a week later after I kept having to call. Not a great buying process and not great to deal with, would not recommend this dealership unless you are getting a great deal and are willing to put up with them being difficult and shady. Definitely the least honest dealership I have ever been to.

    Drove hour and fifteen minutes to test drive a Jeep Patriot. Called prior to confirm it was not sold and was told by lady on phone it was not. Me and wife take this drive to just find out it was sold already when I called in first place. So we look at a 2016 patriot and went to determine financing. I had financing arranged prior with another company for up to certain amount but they insisted on there banks for lower Apr. Told us if we want to eat and come back they have all arranged . Well come back and wanted more down and $3000 in all kinds of jacked up fees($798 detailing car fee my a...) not included tax title. These people are crooks and to say the least this place is a joke. Went to another dealership and was absolutely smooth sailing with them and was worth the drive to another city to pick up a better jeep patriot then offered and literally almost $6000 cheaper in Kingsport,TN no joke . Do not deal with Friendship unless your filthy rich and buying wranglers or gladiators.

    Be sure to call for accurate pricing as the website pricing is not a true representation of the price as the bdc rep states there are “warnings” that the price does not include dealer added accessories. I literally almost drove 2.5 hours to look at a vehicle and asked to confirm the price of 42kish and then was told it is actually 13k more than what’s listed cause she wanted to be “transparent.” Transparency is disclosing the price wherever you have the vehicle listed— car gurus, auto trader, and your website. False advertising at its finest. Edit to update— received a bill of sale by email. The advertised price was 42k and the out the door price is almost 62k. A 20k difference. What a joke.

    I've only dealt with the Service Department at this location and that's enough for me to not only never purchase a vehicle from Friendship, but not bring a vehicle back for Service. The Service Department was unable to diagnose any issues with my vehicle multiple times, unless it was completely undeniable, after contacting Jeep Customer Service, they suggested trying another Dealership, the new Dealership was able to diagnose more of the problems but Jeep wouldn't cover the warranty deductible that normally would have been paid on the undeniable problem. So I 've been stuck paying double deductibles and replacing Maintenance items that aren't due for replacement because Jeep technicians couldn't diagnose anything at this location. I've also had damage caused to my vehicle at this location between a broken door pin, and broken bolt cover that is apparently impossible to replace, or at least impossible to replace anytime in the near future.

    I was very disappointed yesterday when me and my husband came to your facility looking to buy a Jeep.. We were outside over 30 mins. looking at the jeeps by ourselves and no one approached us at all and it was not busy at the time. I guess nobody needed to sell a Jeep that day.

    I just had the easiest and greatest car buying experience with Friendship. I found the vehicle I liked online, the salesman Eric Coalson went out of his way to take up close pictures of the vehicle and send them to me. Living 9 hours away, this was amazing. Everyone at the dealership went out of their way to provide a great experience. All questions were answered quickly and professionally by any staff member I spoke with. They even delivered my vehicle from Bristol, TN to St. Augustine, FL with no hassle. Had a couple minor issues when I got the vehicle, and Eric was on top of it to get it taken care of.     I had a great interaction with my salesperson, super nice guy and was straightforward with everything, he did his part exceptionally well, however the sales manager I finished up with was less than ideal to work with. I was at the dealer for 5 hours the day I bought my car. Once we finally got in to the office we signed everything and left, only to find out later the vehicle was titled wrong and several other details were written up incorrectly. The manager was a bit cocky too. Liked to brag about all the expensive cars he's had in the past. I'm in love with the car but the experience with the dealer was less than ideal.

    Don't know how they sell so many cars, adding stuff to these vehicles and charging more than double for what "their cost" is on it. Legally robbing people in my opinion. Do not do business with these people.

    Stopped in to test drive a Gladiator today while passing through the area. During the “standard” appraisal of my F350 Platinum, the sales manager decided to open my sunroof (which had not been opened in a while). When he did, it broke both tracks causing the sunroof to jam in the full open position. The only option they could give me was to call the Ford dealership tomorrow and make an appointment to get it fixed. With that suggestion I had the pleasure of driving 150 miles home, at night, in 40 degree weather, in January. No remorse, no apology no offer of a loaner to drive. There was opportunity to do the right thing and we could have all chalked this up as one of those things that happen. But instead, they lost my respect and my business.

    I have been looking for a new Jeep Wrangler Unlimited for a few months now. No dealership within 100 miles had what I wanted. So I just kept my eyes open and would stop by dealerships randomly to see if they had something I wanted on the lot. We were travelling on vacation and stopped by Friendship; they had a jeep in that I was interested in; looks like it had just came off the truck and hadn't even been checked in to the dealership yet. The sales people didn't seem to know it was on the lot, but that didn't stop them from doing everything possible to help us. They found the keys so we could look at it. Daniel Odell was super accommodating and understood we were in the middle of travelling. We were only able to spend a few minutes at the dealership but that didn't stop them from communicating with us and working on a deal while we were travelling. They answered all of our questions and were willing to negotiate a deal that was acceptable to both myself and the dealership. We were going to be out of town for 4-5 days; but while we were gone, the dealership got the jeep prepped and ready to go and completed all the necessary paperwork. When we came back to pick the jeep up everything was ready to go; we were in and out very quickly. From the minute we stepped foot in the doors at Friendship, everyone was very nice; we were greeted immediately and never had to wait more than a couple of minutes for someone to help us. They really live up to their name. Go see Daniel Odell and let him put you in your next new or used car, he is great!!

    My husband and I visited this location because of the great reputation of the Friendship dealerships, especially the lifetime warranty they offer on many used vehicles. We saw a vehicle online that we were interested in, and once we arrived saw several more we liked. They undoubtedly have the best selection of vehicles in the Tri Cities right now. We met with Dave Lynn, and were given plenty of time to look around with zero pressure which was a welcome change from past experiences at other places. Dave made sure to get us on a test drive quickly and we found the vehicle we wanted. Dave worked out a great deal for us on our trade in, and on the vehicle we purchased quickly and easily. We have been very pleased with our purchase, and Dave even reached out a few days later to check in to make sure we were satisfied.     This is my second vehicle from friendship and there is a reason why I always come back everyone is always super nice and take care of me and treat me like family. I came in to look at a high altitude gladiator that I seen on there website. Well….i was just looking BUT I left a VERY happy girl and got my brand new DREAM JEEP at a great price too with a bunch of discounts.     TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SUPPORT. REFUSED TO EVEN HOLD VEHICLE TILL I GOT THEIR. Drove three and a half hours to buy a Cummins. We walked into dealership with a gentleman a kid and I. Was in there for about 15 minutes never was approached. All the salesmen was just gathered having a good time. Even walked by them. We went outside walked around the entire dealership still wasn’t approached. Seen a ford dealership pulling in went to the ford dealership. Was approached before even exiting the truck. Then was told about all the inventory. Needless to say I bought a ford that night.

    If I could do 0 stars I would. Bought a 2013 wrangler from here last week. From the beginning it needed new rotors. The next morning when taking my kids (8,4,5 months) to school, it didn’t have heat! They had me drive it for 6 days with my children before fixing it. They “fixed it” for 3 days. Now it is overheating again. Mind you I have only drove this Jeep to work and school which is both 15min. Beware when doing business with them. They will promise the world to get you out of the door. Update: they are fixing the problems. Will update again if problems continue

    I recently bought a used late-model SUV, and my experience was honestly great. The negotiation of the sale & trade-in was respectful, fair, and win-win. I believe both sides walked away satisfied. Two months after the purchase we learned the vehicle had a dangerous risk that needed mechanical repair. I spoke to the manager and he solved our problem urgently and politely. Now I feel very comfortable recommending this dealership to friends & family, and will definitely consider this place again for future purchases.

    It was my very first time looking at cars, went with my parents. Picked out a car that I was interested in online, got to test drive it an everything. Car ran good with no issues. They also helped me alot with trading in my old car! I thanked them a thousand times over it. Lol Got lifetime warranty on my car as well! I would definitely recommend their services! 10/10

    Every time I come for oil change/ tire rotation it takes 2 hours! How? Hour tops ( I am a mechanic by trade). Been here 75 minutes and they just now took truck back. I was second appointment of day (0815). Parts depart can't answer questions about parts, service department always has blank look on their faces when you ask why so long of a wait. I have one more free oil change here. Won't be back after that. Don't come here unless you can take WHOLE DAY off from work.

    If I could do 0 stars I would. Bought a 2013 wrangler from here last week. From the beginning it needed new rotors. The next morning when taking my kids (8,4,5 months) to school, it didn’t have heat! They had me drive it for 6 days with my children before fixing it. They “fixed it” for 3 days. Now it is overheating again. Mind you I have only drove this Jeep to work and school which is both 15min. Beware when doing business with them. They will promise the world to get you out of the door.

    Once you buy, customer service quickly diminishes. BUYERS BEWARE OF FAST TALKING SALESMAN AND PAY ATTENTION TO THE NUMBERS ON THE CONTRACT!!! We settled on a price for the vehicle we purchased just to realize once we got home that they put the sticker price in the contract…which was approximately $4000 more. It was almost a $100 difference in payment price. I’ve tried for 2 weeks to talk with someone over this and the answer I’m getting literally EVERY time is a promised call back, which never happens. How can someone sleep at night knowing they scammed someone out of $4000? Salesman DL KNOWS the price on which we agreed and he should do the right thing and correct his wrong. Please…if you choose to buy from this dealership, please know what you’re in for and pay attention because, based on my unfortunate experience, they will forget you and they will put whatever price they can get by with in the paperwork and then remind you that you signed it and accepted it. ASK QUESTIONS…EVEN IF YOUR INTIMIDATED!!!!!

    We definitely hate that you perceived your experience as a 1 star. However by our records you've spoken to every manager here on multiple occasions about the radio issue. We fixed the radio issue under warranty, also provided you a loaner vehicle and delivered it back to you 2 hours away so that you didn't have to travel. We even retrieved the garage door opener that you let us know that you left in there and overnighted it back to you. As for the price, there is no documentation that we found any offer of the amount you state nor would we sale a vehicle $8,000 back of Market Value, The $4,000 below market is where we think and most customer think is a Dynamite Deal! We have all 9 pieces of paperwork acknowledging the price of the vehicle and would love to sit down with you to go over it at your convenience.     We found a truck on auto trader and sent the "check availability" msg to this dealer to confirm availability on vehicle. Got the response from the sales lady (not going to mention names) that it was. 1st problem: We apparently were expected to drive the sales person around to the top of the hill in our personal vehicle as you guys had no golf carts or side by sides for transportation. When we told her we had a truck full and no room she just kept on walking towards our vehicle. 2nd: The vehicle was listed to have less than 2,000 miles on it. The window sticker also read less than 2000 miles The odometer reading was over 7400 miles. When we brought this to her attention she said no this is the truck and couldn't tell me why it didn't match the listing. I drove out of my way today to see a truck that had less than 2k miles on it. So needless to say we won't be doing business with this dealer. From reading the reviews it sounds like you only have one good sales(man) anyways!

    I don't normally leave reviews for establishments but I have never been so disappointed by a business in all my years. If only zero/negative stars were available. Horrible customer service. Worst I've ever experienced. Salesman knew next to nothing about the vehicle and didn't seem to care at all. Young guy so I get the apathy but it's your job. When asked if he could read me the Carfax on the phone his response was "well, i guess I could go get it". Then they sold it out from under me even though they called me back to see if I was still interested and where I was timewise getting there. I was 15 mins away. Found another, better Jeep at Happy Valley JCDR. Loved this place. Excellent sales personnel and they really cared about the customer not just the sale.

    Been looking weeks for a Jeep Wrangler and couldn't find any in North Carolina at a reasonable price.     They're selling cars UNDER MSRP which very few dealers are willing to do right now. Eric was my Salesman and Brandon handled the financing. GREAT SERVICE! Everything went smooth without a hitch. I flew in from out of state and they had everything ready for me, car detailed, papers ready to sign, AND all numbers were as we negotiated and agreed to over the phone. Little Advice: Always come in to the deal educated on the vehicle you want and its true price... AND Never pay Cash... always OPM (other peoples Money), if you want pay the loan off sooner.
