Caleb was great! Very helpful and professional. The whole experience was fast and straight forward. It definitely helped my family when we had an unexpected situation arise.

John was super nice. Answered all my questions. Did take awhile for approval process. but it was late at night so I expected it to take awhile. He did call and speak to technical support to see what the hold up was and got it resolved .I appreciate all John's help. I don't like to borrow money this way but having a flexible loan makes it easier to pay back over time or in a short period of time .

I just want to say that my experience with company has been great. Mostof the time I have dealt with Jarrell and he has been very helpful each and every time whether it be making a payment, starting a loan, or paying off one. He offers great customer service and answers each and every question I have. Great job Jarrell hope you continue to work there.

originally went to kroger to pay a bill through western union but the lady said their system was down, so i headed here. when i told them what i was needing, dylan (employee) recommended paying my bill through their bill pay system. best part was I DOESN'T CHARGE A FEE. THAT'S RIGHT, IT'S FREE!!!! Not only does this save me time, it saves me money too! the staff was super helpful!

I came in here late at night John was more than helpful and very professional he was by far the best customer service person from a loan place that i’ve ever been too, he was very helpful explained everything in detail too me went out of his way to help me understand the pay ment plans. i would love to speak to a manager at this specific West State location because of how my experience went. I will now forever use Advance Financial because of John & even come by here just to tell him hi. You all have an amazing representative on your hands and I will always make sure when i come he is here. Thank you SO much john you are a blessing in disguise.

These people don't send you a early reminder so you don't forget, and then they take the money out of your account the day it's due if you don't go early. I have been to other places that treat you alot better than they do here, so I would recommend that you don't use Advance Financial , they always say contact them and they will help take care of things but it's strange that is always the same answer they give to everyone. They cause your account to be overdrawn and they say oh well we can't do anything about that. They are rude and unfriendly after you have a account with them.

I was in and out in a matter of maybe 15 or 20 minutes. Approval was quick and easy. The gentleman who helped me was very nice and made me feel comfortable. I will nw only do business with you guys for all my loan needs. 👍🏼

360% interest is completely unreasonable. I started out with a decent rate. Now you are charging my account unreasonably. I don't even have a chance at paying this account off soon. I am struggling due to covid-19, same as everyone else. I will not recommend this to anyone else anymore.
