The Vice President eased my fears about suspicions I had about one of their employees. I questioned how one of their representatives could enter my Father’s home with her son to assist his girlfriend and her son to remove her belongings unsupervised. I believe this conduct to be unethical but I have been assured all is well. She walked me through my Dad’s accounts and assured me I could trust their institution. I do still have concerns that their representatives conduct isn’t questionable. Her actions were defended and that disappoints me. I hope I haven’t made a bad decision by staying with this bank. Time will tell.
