Best pawn shop ever. I needed extra money so I took my gaming laptop to this place. They loaned me a good amount of money for it and when I came back to pick it up later, they even gave me a laptop bag for free. I give them 10/10

Rob is a great guy helped me when my retirement pay didn't post last month, with a few items he gave a great loan for them and I'll always use him if ever in a situation. Good people

I've been going to the Fresno hock shop for fifteen years.ive seen it when it was packed full of customers and everytime, I've been there they have always taken the time to help. me with whatever it was I need. I believe that the hockshop is a great place to find good deals and expert information on all they sell. Robby has alot of information on everything from musical instruments tools to fine jewelry.I just love the place.

Rob is the man! This pawnshop has to be one of the top ones in the valley. The traffic was flowing, but that didn't stop the staff from attending to all the customers. I overheard a couple of the exchanges that occurred during my transaction and they were excellent. They were very reasonable and both parties parted ways happy. There was one customer who was trying to low-ball them, but they maintained their cool. I was just about ready to tell her to get the heck out. Would definitely recommend this spot.

Messaged Hock Shoppe on Ebay for a mountain bike he had posted at the shop, responded right away and answered all questions I had. Atmosphere inside the shop was really nice and had lots of cool stuff inside. Was able to pick up my bike and Robbie and the lady working there was very nice and a really easy transaction was made. Definitely wouldn’t go here the employees here make me sick to my stomach when they talk to me . Bad customer service , inconsiderate, and pushy . The energy in this place is very low vibrational . Wouldn’t recommend.

I have comings here for at least 5 years for all my needs in terms of borrowing $$ , sales and purchasing golf equipment. These people here are A+ in the community and have always been fair and absolutely 💯 helped Me during hard time. Thank you so much and I appreciate your business ethics and ability to help 👍🇺🇸

Never have used one of these after a terrible experience about 11 years ago. But my friend promised me that this place is different. And he was right! I got much more money than I thought I was going to get and the people who work there actually know their stuff with antiques!! Very surprised and I would recommend Fresno Hock Shop to anyone that is in need of some honest help.
