ACE Cash Express E Mckinley Ave, Fresno

I went in to get a loan and Denise was amazing! She was sincere and polite. I was in and out within a few minutes. Would definitely go back to this location just to have her give me the amazing customer service she did!

Went in to store #4196 this morning, it was my first experience at a Ace Cash express. C'Asia is such a great employee! She was being trained and processed my transaction very smoothly. 👍 Definitely will be back again :)

Denise is always nice and in a good mood, was very helpful with cashing out two of my checks that looked different. But she figured it out right away. Definitely thinking of getting a debit card for direct deposit.

There is never enough staff to assist customers. They often do not have a staff member that can verify large checks. There’s no place to sit while you wait in a 30 min long line. The staff however, is extremely helpful. The issues seem to be a higher up thing. Poor management perhaps.

Denise is the best. She from the other store I used to go to. I’m glad she here. The line moves much quicker here now. She has a very good Communications with her customers. There for don’t go any where else. Therefore I recommend this place she acknowledge everybody once you come in.

I had went to for my first time to this ACE Cash Express and the representative Isabel assisted me. The representative Isabel was very professional, and had great customer service made me secure of my business transaction and made me laugh. I would highly recommend this representative. I look forward to continue my service at this location, and recommend this spot with this representative Isabel. It's always about first time experience and Isabel represent both professional and great customer service.
