I suppose some people refinance every ten minutes for one reason or another, but I'm not one of those. So when I decided to refinance for a very specific reason, I did not have a deep bench of brokers to call. I don't remember how I landed on Garrick's website, but I left a random message just in case. This turns out to have been one of the best pieces of random luck I have had. He was great to communicate with, explained options without the usual fake buzz of urgency, and answered my questions with experienced insight and good humor.
