Closed on my home here back in September. Was the worst experience I could have asked for. They were incompetent and made many errors. Called me after the closing saying they needed more money, turns out I gave them too much. A true mickey mouse operation. Extremely unprofessional, not sure how they are in business. Would avoid at all costs.

We received great service and communication from Freedom Title. Our closing went smoothly without any hiccups and Karen was really friendly & knowledgeable.

Closed on a house here a couple of months ago. Employees are friendly, however we had 2 issues. The closer was not fully prepared and ready at our scheduled time. It seemed like "they" didn't review our documents before closing and just winged it. That wasn't a huge deal to us and we were able to close without issue. The more significant issue is the way that the final documents were transmitted after close. Documents sent over unsecured email with no encryption, password, etc. Just a standard PDF riddled with personal information and social security numbers. This is not the way to send sensitive information and have not dealt with a title company ignorant enough to send it this way in the past. Will refuse to close here in the future.

Location hard to get to. They could have picked a location more open. They said there was no problem getting a 15 foot uhaul with a trailer where clearly there was not room. I have talked to a few friends who are selling their house as well,and did not have to sign in a car. Horrible

My wife and I have had several closing at Freedom Title. We will be having another soon. Plus I have had many closing at other title offices. Freedom stood out as having always been on top of things, gone the extra mile and unfailing polite and professional. The 3 star review that mentions corrections on closing statements and getting the closing statement should address this with the lender as now days the lenders complete the closing statements, not the title companies.

I've worked with Curt twice now for my home refinance over the last few years. Such an awesome experience, never an issue, signing is easy and quick. Always ready to answer any question. I would recommend them for any title related work.

This was my second transaction at freedom, and both times were fantastic. Curt, really does a great job at handling everything from a typical home purchase, to a larger business project. They were, prepped, ready, accurate and genuine.
