As a local mortgage company, we often work with Freedom Title. Our clients have a great experience there. Linda Miller and her team go the extra mile to get loans properly closed and make sure that everyone is happy.

This was the first time in a long time since I closed at this Freedom Title and it will be my last. My clients and I were closed under a staircase in the lobby of the building where Freedom Title offices. I asked if a conference room was available and told they were not allowed to use it. I recently closed at Allegiance in their conference room wearing masks and distancing without any problems. The escrow officer left the package of closing documents that were pre-signed and notarized with my clients and left and returned periodically to see how they were coming. He did not step them through nor explain any of the closing buyers lender documents. It was the worst customer service experience I have had in the 20+ years I have been in the real estate business.

Cory, Angela, Dru and Lauren are ROCKSTARS! I LOVE closing with them! I have never used a more thorough, knowledgable, patient and understanding title company. As a broker in the area, I really find it hard to find partners that I can trust, but the gang at Freedom is my top choice!

Be better off closing at the Kroger across the street, there’s a lot more lighting there than the table under the stairway. Or just bring a headlamp and you’ll be fine.

Do Not, under ANY circumstances, use this title company. They are absolute crooks. They tried to swindle us out of thousands of dollars multiple times before, during, and after the purchase of our home. The office manager, Brad, is a horrible narcissistic sexist who doesn't know how to offer customer service. Stay. Away.

My parents used this title company when they closed on their home several years ago. Unfortunately, my parents passed away and, as trustee of their property, I had to handle the sale of their home. Freedom Title was very helpful and professional at a difficult time for me.

Nice facility, competent and friendly staff. On a busy road, so sometimes getting out of the parking lot can be a challenge.
