Greg and his team were fantastic. This is my first home purchase and I really had no clue what to do. Greg and his team lead me every step of the way. All I had to do was follow their lead and that's what I did. Thanks to their efforts, dedication, and hard work, my dream of home ownership has become a reality. I couldn't have asked for a better team, and I can't thank all of you enough. Thank you so much. And yes, I'll be back for future purchases.

This branch may have good people in it but I would not wish for my worst enemy to deal with this company as a whole. I took well over a month to get a payoff amount on a mortgage when by federal law they have 5 business days. I had to file complaints with the federal Consumer Protection Bureau and Massachusetts Division of Banks to get the amount.

Greg Gentile from Freedom Mortgage made sure everything was thoroughly explained and understood. He took time out of his day to answer any questions I had, no matter when I had them. The process was quick, smooth, and painless. Can't recommend Greg and Freedom Mortgage enough!

I reveived a call from loan advisor Hernando Sanabria to refinance. The offer was good, so we accepted, but it's been nothing but a headache. The closing has been cancelled 3 TIMES without an explanation. I have called and spoken with different loan officers and they keep saying everything looks good on their end and they don't know why the cancellation. So I reschedule and the day before the closing the same thing happens. I get a call from the closing agent cancelling without an explanation. I have spoken with different people, including Mr Sanabria, Julieta Campos, Carolina Sanchez and someone else. This is beyond ridiculous and irresponsible. If there is a problem, I should be informed about it, not disregarded like this. RECOMMENDATION: IF YOU RECEIVE AN OFFER FROM FREEDOM MORTGAGE, NO MATTER HOW ATTRACTIVE IT SEEMS, STAY AWAY.

I strongly discourage anyone from working with this company. Our mortgage was recently sold to Freedom Mortgage and they contacted us about lowering our interest rate for no cost. At first it seemed like a great offer, but then we realized it would move us back in our mortgage payments, costing us over $26,000 more over the term of the loan. Beware of Freedom Mortgage agents offering you similar "deals." They only want to make a buck!

Greg and his team did everything to ensure I was approved for my new home. Attentive and quick to respond. Highly recommend.

Called to refinance. Had a problem with the disclosures because they weren’t as we discussed. Loan officer never called me back after I emailed them, called them, called the supervisor of the loan officer and left messages. They made sure of doing a hard inquiry on my credit though! Don’t waste your time with them. Go with anyone else
