This is the second time we are using The Murphy Mortgage Team at Fairway to acquire properties. They are very professional and their systems ensure that there is clarity during the home buying process. They ensure that you when you submit documents they are not lost and would not have to send the same documents multiple times like some lenders do. Bill and his team were very knowledgeable and always there to answer any questions we had. Buying a house could be a very stressful undertaking however, having the right lender like Bill and his team can ease the financing aspect of the transaction. Their fees and internet rate are very competitive. We will definitely do business with them again and would highly recommend them.

Fantastic expierence! Worked with Fairway for both my original mortgage in 2019, and my refi in 2020. Everyone was extremely helpful, kind, and responsive to all of my questions. The dedication was second to none, a minor mistake in the paperwork almost delayed my refinance but much to my surprise Amanda sent me an email at 10:30pm with my clear to close and no delays.
