When My loan got transferred to this company, I didn't receive any instruction on how to pay my first monthly payment. I am the one who is doing the research and set up my account, because I don't want to be over due. Six months later, my monthly due was increased because an escrow account was opened without my consent, I reached out to Freedom mortgage, they said they don't have my proof of insurance. Which they suppose to have it during the transfer. It got lost because they are not good at their job. This company is so messed up.

I have this loan company and have tried to contact a loan officer who could assist me with my IRRL. The first one was a "Senior" Loan Advisor, who told me he'd follow up with me the next day...Well, he never called back and whenever I called him he never answered. That was over 5 weeks ago. The second one I spoke to was just about a week ago and I haven't heard from him. These people are unprofessional as far as follow up, rude as far as in written and verbal communication, and not worth your time.

I want to payoff my loan bot it took few days to get a quote. Then wire instructions were not clear. When I made phone call to clarify which bank to wire to, the associate did not know the bank name.

Worst company in usa. Bunch of UNPROFESSIONAL work there.

I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau concerning this mortgage company! I paid our mortgage on October 26, 2021. I noticed that the funds were still in my account. I looked online to see if the payment is processing, due to I did receive the automated email stating such. I called to see what is going on and they reversed my payment. I was informed after proving my checking account the a couple of numbers were transposed supposedly of course by mehowever, my second mortgage is being take from the same account by Freedom. Now, I went back to submit the payment. I checked my account and it is still there. Went back to the site again to fine they reversed it again. What the hell! I have tried twice to pay you guys and you keep kicking my payment back. Now we are delinquent! I will be reaching out to someone to review your unfair practice. I practically begging you to take the payment. This is horrible especially with the world already being turned upside down. Now added stress in being delinquent when I have tried to pay you. If anyone have a choice to choose please do not choose this place.

Please DO NOT do business with this company!!!!!! We had an appointment to sign for our Refi and they didn’t show up. We called and called and after a few days they said the signing was cancelled and we now have to put down a significant amount of money to close. This is after a month of already giving all paperwork. This is unacceptable!!! We should’ve been told upfront. They are dishonest and very unprofessional! Please don’t let this happen to you.

We received prep paperwork to to prepare for our closing to refinance our house. 3 days later when the notary arive at our house to sign the closing docs, the estimated money went up over 200 dollars. When I called in, the loan servicer was pushy and tried using the difficultly of getting the paper work fixed to try to get us to sign. Also I was not able to get direct answers to direct questions on how within 4 days the monthly would go up 200. We told them no on the refinance. We might reconsider. But were not happy.

This company should allow you to make principal ONLY payments online. This used to be available and was taken off. It seems like a trick to make people think they don't have the right to pay principal only so that they can make an extra interest payment for nothing. Tricky business practices like this should be corrected.

Very bad customer service... very disappointed.
