I really liked Fred. As a first time homebuyer, I came into this knowing little to nothing about the home buying process, and Fred helped us every step of the way. He's very knowledgeable and transparent, as when he calculates how much you can afford he shows you the process, as well as how it all works. He even shows you your various loan options, some of which most people don't know they have. When we hit road bumps in the process (in my case, my ID was expired and the IRS wouldn't let me get online copies of my tax transcripts), Fred knew exactly what to do to see that we could still close on time! I would strongly recommend him for any first time homebuyers!

In what was an improbable success for me to get my house refinanced, Fred took control of this venture and quickly performed all of the necessary and generic work. He even went above and beyond by challenging his supervisor's and underwriters interpretation of some of the fine print which ultimately got my loan approved. Given the circumstances of my loan, Fred overcame the adversity in the finest hour.
