    Great Service! Phil, Bob and Company let me review the on lot inventory and then the options on them. I picked the Gladiator Rubicon with the 5speed transfer case and ADAS equipment. I was completely satisfied on all aspects of the purchase. They also got a great deal on the interest rate too.

    I had a really great experience. Everyone listened to what I wanted, from the type of vehicle,& to stay within price I wanted to pay, payment I wanted a each month. They were generally very nice and sincere. I would go back or recommend Anthony my salesman. Jacob the sales assistant manager is super nice & great. Umer also a manager is very nice! Overall as a team it was awesome experience.

    Fred Beans Dodge is spectacular! The sales team went above and beyond to help me find the Dodge Ram that checked all the boxes I needed in a new truck! I was an F150 guy for years, and after hemming and hawing forever and comparing multiple trucks (coupled with a myriad of service issues on my f150 that pushed me over the edge) it was time to pull the trigger and try something new! The sales process was VERY easy, and actually enjoyable! (I usually LOATHE buying a new vehicle) I need to acknowledge my sales guy Tony, the sales manager Phil, and the store GM Jeff for really going above and beyond! Incredibly happy new Ram owner now!!     So many reviews here mention great experiences and great customer service however I cannot say the same. Start to finish my experience with Bob Mitchell was an unorganized, unprofessional and unfulfilling ordeal. He knew he had a sale with me as I did all my finance paperwork prior to showing up to the dealership, therefore I supposed he felt his behavior and actions did not matter. He spent majority of my time looking at his phone and telling me about other peoples purchases. He was so distracted that he asked me the same questions 3+ times and still couldn’t remember what I had told him. Everything I was promised and told would be taken care of was not done- the car made a vibration noise which I reported to him the day after purchase, he told me I could bring it in and it would be taken care of and even though loaners are hard to come by, he would ensure one. Needless to say none of that happened- in fact he told me to take it somewhere else! His excuse for that is it would be easier for me- if that’s what I wanted I could obviously do that on my own, however I just bought this car and felt it was on him and the dealership to make it right. Nope. I was told the gas tank would be full when I picked it up- nope. Also when I went to pick the vehicle up, Bob was off, not a single salesperson was friendly or helpful - I had to ask twice for my plates to be switched for me and then had to ask if it was done because nobody came to tell me I was all set. I have worked and shopped at multiple dealerships, I am fully aware of the sales game that is at play, however this was the worst experience and worst customer service experience I have ever witnessed. The arrogance and attitude of Bob Mitchell was quite unprofessional and I could not recommend him less . If you must deal with Fred Beans, go to Exton.

    My attempt at working with this dealership was completely frustrating! I like to shop and support local and when I walked into the dealership I had pre-approved financing and was motivated to get into a new vehicle and sell or trade in my current vehicle. I was even open to leasing a new vehicle. My only sticking point was the 5.7L Hemi engine on a Chrysler 300C, which I have grown to love as I have driven one for the last 10 years. I understand that finding the right used vehicle takes time and I was willing to work with their sales team to find the right car for me. When my husband and I visited the dealership, it was busy with customer pickups, but we were acknowledged and a salesman did try to assist us. Admittedly, his knowledge of Chrysler 300's was limited as he stated "he had never sold one of these before" but we appreciated his time in trying to assist us even though he had customers waiting for him. As he was trying to find another associate to assist us, he suggested we try searching for the vehicle we wanted online. We were shifted to Jason Kurian, who sat down with us and noted that they only have one used Chrysler 300C on the lot but it had a 3.6L engine. He said they don't sell many of them, but they'll keep one or two on the lot that are typically purchased by uber or limo drivers. Sounded odd to me, since I am neither of those and I know others that have the same love affair with this car as their personal vehicle. Anyhow, we were advised that it would be best to go home and make an appointment to have my car valued for trade in the next day and he would talk to the used car manager to see if they could find me what I was looking for. The following day, Jason followed up with an email and text message. The email stated that he was told by the used car manager that the "Newer 300s does not have the v8 engine and the older ones are barely out there". I replied that I found that to be odd, since the 300C now comes standard in the 300C, but I would still like to make an appointment to get my car valued for trade in. His response was that he can certainly get me into a new v8 engine, but they couldn't find a newer used model. Still no appointment was made to value my vehicle, so when I received an email from Jeff Reeb, the general manager the following week with the subject "We Value Your Business" I took that opportunity to advise that I was still trying to bring my vehicle in for an inspection for trade-in value to no avail. He replied that "Jason will be contacting you to set an appointment to bring in your trade in. Also I will speak with my used car manager about the availability of a used 300C". I replied with a screen shot of Jason's email stating that the used vehicle I am looking for does not exist. No response was received, so I assumed I was at a dead end here. Shortly after, I did receive an email from Jason asking for my VIN # so he can calculate my trade in value. I reminded him that he advised us when we were standing in the dealership to make an appointment to bring the car in for evaluation. At this point I was so frustrated, as I can easily calculate the Kelly Blue Book value on my car online as well - the point was to get THEIR valuation (and to buy a vehicle!), which didn't seem at this point that they were interested in either. After multiple attempts to accurately value my current vehicle for trade-in were fruitless and the hope that they wanted to get me into a used Chrysler was dead, I took the advice of the 1st salesman - I searched online. Quickly I found many used Chrysler 300's with Hemi engines. Within 24 hours I was able to find, purchase and schedule delivery for my pre-owned 2016 Chrysler 300C Hemi for $23,500 through Carvana. I'm already driving my new car! Living right up the street, I was pretty disappointed that my local Chrysler dealer didn't seem interested in selling me a Chrysler. I have fallen in love with this car and will definitely select a different dealer for future purchases and service.

    Ryan was awesome. I would go back and buy another car from him in a heart beat. If you're looking for a non aggressive, personable sales guy.. Ryan is the guy. Ryan worked with me over the phone prior to even meeting me. He invested his time over a phone call for the best interest of me. And when he met my boyfriend and I at the door he knew exactly what we wanted and what our expectations were. Not a high pressure atmosphere. Fred Beans staff members worked with me until we had a deal. Thank you for such a great experience . I got my dodge durango tonight and thanks to Fred Beans and Ryan it was possible.     We moved here recently and were looking for a new car dealership to service my vehicle. I had a turn signal light out and because of complications, needed to bring it to a Chrysler service center. I called in November to make an appointment and was set up with the first possible appointment, 1.5 months later, December 14. I patiently waited, driving cautiously since I had an unsafe situation. However, when I called in early December to see if I could add an oil change to my appointment, it turned out that even though they gave me a date and time and kept me on the phone for an entire booking (which always takes a significant amount of time), they did not ever actually record any of the info. They didn’t actually enter my name and number, my car info, or the appointment info. Nothing, they kept no records of it- so now I am back to square one, having to wait another month to fix something that should not be nearly this difficult. Very disappointed.

    They sold me a car with damage transmission, not emergency break Sistem and many more other things that cost me 5k in total to get it fixed. Very poor quality for "certified" cars. Still waiting for my appointment to get the transmission fixed.

    I purchased my first minivan from Derek Guldin at Fred Beans Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. The car buying experience was exciting, professional, and educational. Derek was super cool. Not pushy. Never attempted to over sell the vehicle. He was attentive to my questions and concerns. When I asked for extended warranties he got me an options. Now, I have more peace of mind with a pre-owned vehicle. He also promised that Fred Beans would find me the appropriate financing and he made good on that promise. In the final moments when I thought I couldn’t purchase such an “uncool” car Derek reminded me that I came to his office looking for comfort, functionality and SPACE. He suggested that I think about my family and all the comfort this minivan will bring to our daily lives. My Grand Caravan offers all of that! My kids love it! I choose Fred Beans because of their reputation and contribution to the greater Doylestown community. I am very satisfied with my decision.     I found a vehicle online called dealership to check on vehicle. Was told I had to make appointment to see vehicle so I did an before I was to go for my appointment my sales guy text me and said they had a walk in looking at vehicle don't come over yet.waited an hr nothing I texted him nothing called sales manager to find out they sold it .So u don't need appointments just do as u please welcome to America.     I had the opportunity to work with Andrew and John yesterday to trade in old my car and get my first Jeep. Andrew was awesome and patiently answered all of my questions and didn't pressure me into anything. John was great too, he was very helpful and helped me understand all of the financial stuff. They both were incredible with dealing with the drama of trying to sell them (co-owner of old car was causing it) the old car. Overall, I was really impressed with the high-level service and care that they provided. I just wish their location was closer to where I lived so I could have my Jeep serviced there too when I eventually need it.

    Bought a Jeep from Ryan Archibald and couldn’t be happier. We started looking 3 months ago and he was very patient as we weren’t in a rush...just knew we wanted a Jeep when the price was right. He was very responsive and helpful those whole three months. When we were ready he went above and beyond, bringing a Jeep in from another Fred Beans we found online. We ended up decided on one already on the lot. He was nothing but helpful and honest when we were debating between the two, straight forward on helping us understand the differences in the two and the value of each. In terms of price, Fred Beans was very competitively priced, in fact I couldn’t find many prices below what we got, but none were as nice a car. The whole experience was a pleasant one from start to finish and we’d definitely go back to Ryan for our next car. Great job!

    My experience at Fred Beans jeep was amazing. My Sales person Micheal O’Brien took every action to accommodate me to Be sure the sale went smooth . My paperwork was in order the car detailed all before hand to be sure the process went quickly.     DO NOT BUY A USED CAR HERE. We purchased at Certified truck in March and have had continuous problems. First our alignment was off and then we were told by their mechanics that we needed rear and front rotors replaced. After taking it in the shop 5 days after we purchased it, Only the rear rotors were replaced. The brakes are still squealing. I spoke with the Manager- Jeff- and he told me there is nothing he can do for me and that I should ask the sales person who we purchased the truck from to pay for the repairs. This dealership is beyond unprofessional and rude. They do not care about customer satisfaction at all. If you are selling a car certified- how does it already need new front and rear rotors after driving it off the lot? The general manager, Jeff, was rude and ignorant and was yelling at me on the phone. I feel since I am a woman-he had no respect for me and could care less what I had to say. It is a shame there are men still like this in this world. When I asked to speak with his boss he told me good luck and I wont ever speak to him. I am flabbergasted on how this business treats there customer and will NEVER purchase a car from them. Beware of this dealership and their manager Jeff. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB.

    DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!! Bought jeep here and it has lots of problems. Will not fix under warranty. Contacted Ryan in sales 4 days after purchase about problems and was told to bring it in. Tom in service department did not realize I just purchased the jeep and only had for 4 days. Proceed to tell me it needs exhaust studs, a window switch and a power steering hose. Was not sure about bind in the drivetrain. Likley the viscous coupler in the transfer case. I then said to the tech I just bought it. Said that he will have to get back to me. They never called back. After a week I called and was told they didn't know about it. I drove there immediately. Met with a manager Terry. Was told that nothing is wrong with the jeep. What a scam! They told me the problems first! I now have a undrivable jeep. Will cost me thousands of dollars to fix. Will stick to buying my vehicles from Bergeys. Thought I would give fred beans a chance. Big mistake. They even spelled my name wrong on the title too. Worst experience with a dealer I ever had.

    *I waited a year to post a review to make sure it was accurate and true to my overall experience.* My experience at Fred Beans started back in September 2019. I was over the miles in my lease and wasn’t due to trade in until February of 2020. Gary Barbera on the Blvd offered me a great deal which I took but couldn’t finalize the deal bc I had to unlock a security freeze on my credit. The next day I went back to Barberas to sign papers and was told they couldn’t honor my deal (even though I was already driving my new car 🙄). I was so annoyed given the amount of time I had already spent negotiating. They gave me my old car back and Gary himself sent me a “apology card” and offered me another deal as a “loyal customer”. I decided to get back in touch with the other salesmen that I was previously working with. Jordan at Bergey’s was amazing! He introduced me to the Wrangler. He wasn’t able to offer the deal I had at Barberas but I really liked the Wrangler- it wasn’t the exact one I wanted but nicer than the vehicle I had from Barberas. Although Jordan was a great salesman and I liked the Jeep something just didn’t feel right. I felt terrible leaving Bergey’s empty handed but I had to go with my gut. That’s when I stumbled across Fred Beans in Doylestown. To be honest, I had no intention of entertaining any offer from Fred Beans simply because the dealership was too far away from my location. Ryan Archibald convinced me to come in. He really set himself apart from the other sales people I previously dealt with. He wasn’t pushy and didn’t give off that cheesy car salesman vibe. I came in to see Ryan and was SO glad I did. He had my dream Wrangler parked right outside the dealership ready for me to test drive and completed crushed the deal I previously had at Gary Barberas! His nick name should be “Ryan Exotic, The Wrangler King”! He explained EVERYTHING (I actually had to call him a few times throughout my first year and he was always eager to help me). His professionalism and patience is unnatural. I can only inspire to be as charismatic and disciplined as he is. I also had the pleasure of working with JB from Finance. When I came in for my free oil change, JB came by to make sure I was still happy with my purchase. He also took care of a tire issue I had and made sure the proper paperwork was filed as part of my warranty. I can go on and on about my car buying experience but I think I said more than enough. I’ll just end with this... I made my purchase a year ago and the Fred Beans team still treat me as if I walked in for the first time. Thank you Ryan and JB for turning my nightmare into a fairytale!

    Absolutely amazing experience! I love my new Jeep and I absolutely loved my experience with this dealership. I really don't think that I will be able to shop anywhere else after this. I started the process with an awful experience at another CDJR dealership and hated the car buying experience. I had such bad anxiety just thinking about having to go somewhere else. They changed all of that! From start to finish, I highly recommend them! I worked with Shawn (I believe was the sales guys name) and The finance manager was John B. WONDERFUL experience.     There are too many car dealerships in the area to take your chances with the crooks at Fred Beans Dodge. Shop somewhere else, anywhere else, for your next used car. There are so many options. Why risk it? Salesman Ryan Archibald is very friendly. Very good at making small talk. But when he reiterated several times, in a way that caught my attention, that the car was being sold AS-IS, that should have been a red flag. We should have walked away right then. Ryan knew the car had issues. But didn’t hesitate to sell it to a 19 year old as his first car with a loan on it. Wouldn’t you know just a couple days after buying it the check engine light comes on. Fred Beans cleared the code to sell the car. Our mechanic said our mistake was buying a Volvo from an American car dealership. When they ran the code on the car their mechanic didn’t know how to properly fix the problem and saw it as a $1000 part when it really was a $200 part. They didn’t want to put over $1000 into it so instead they cleared the code and put it out for sale, never mentioning that the check engine light had been on. That is being a crook. That is not selling a car AS-IS. That is being a lying thief. It also appears, according to our mechanic, that someone looked at the part/attempted to fix it but stopped. Fred Beans needed to make that extra $1000 so badly they felt ripping someone off was the right thing to do? Business is that bad right now? Or was it salesman Ryan Archibald that needed the commission so bad the issue went unmentioned? Who makes the decision to behave like crooks? Just fix the car and sell it. It’s really that simple. So maybe one time you don’t make as much, or even take a loss. It’s the business. But then you can actually stand behind your name. The name Fred Beans is a joke now. Anyone looking for really honest salesmen, try Ciocca in Quakertown. I am kicking myself for not just taking my son there. Just stay away from Fred Beans and Ryan.

    Just purchased a RAM 1500 and of course I love my purchase. The experience was special as each person I worked with in both the Ford and Dodge dealership were professional and extremely helpful. Never felt like I was inconveniencing anyone with all my questions and indecision. I was never pressured and always felt like a VIP when I sat down with a salesperson or manager. Again love my new first time purchase of a truck but enjoyed the experience even more!

    I was really upset after I drove an hour to the Fred beans ford in langhorne to be disappointed because the car I had called about and made a point to come see that day was driving off of the lot as I pulled in I really liked the car and thought there was no way I was finding something better that was until I caught wind that exactly what I was looking for was traded in earlier that week so I gave Fred beans dodge a call and thats where Ryan Archibald sprung into action I explained the situation and told him that I knew exactly what I was looking for was traded in earlier in the week and he explained that they didn’t want to sell that car because of some things done to it and after talking on the phone and doing a lot of convincing he got me the ok to buy it from that moment I knew he was the salesman that I wanted to deal with immediately he was 100% transparent and I appreciated it so much as I have never made that big of a purchase before he walked me through it and when I made it to the dealership he was just as excited as I was for the car he is definitely getting my business again in the future it felt like a dream come true when the keys were put in my hand for the test drive I knew from that point that the car was leaving with me and he came with and I could see his smile in the rear view as I was loving everything about the car and he matched my excitement thank you again ryan archibald for making this dream a reality

    The service was kind without sales pressure. They were attentive, considerate and made recommendations that were applicable to my needs. Sadly, the dealership prior did not allow a test drive, honestly I don't understand why that would make sense as a policy.     Ryan Archibald helped me with the purchase of my 2018 Dodge Durango. He was 100% honest and transparent with me. I came from Staten Island and everything that I was told on the phone regarding prices and fees were exactly what was presented to me upon arrival. It was worth the drive because this dealership offered the car for way less than my local dealerships. They didn't charge me any unusual fees at the close of the sale. To be honest I've had a terrible experience trying to buy a car in New York. The cars were over priced and most of them had accidents on the car fax. I will be buying my cars from Ryan from now on.     My family purchased a 2021 a Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid in February 2021. Less than a year into ownership, the engine is making an awful grinding sound, so much so we are afraid to even drive it. Fred Beans told us they were booked for over a month in advance and wouldn’t be able to help us but we could drop the car off. However, they wouldn’t even give us a loaner car until they are able to look at it. That would leave us without a car for over a month. This is an 11 month old car with a severe grinding noise in the engine. If we take it anywhere else outside of Chrysler, it voids the warranty. We are afraid to drive it as is because what If driving makes the issue worse? Then what? I have never been so disgusted by customer service. This car is virtually brand new. This dealership will take your money for a car, but don’t expect any type of customer service after they have your money.

    Horrible customer service. I left my jeep there to have the battery replaced and they lost it. It turns out a service tech went home and took the keys home with them. It was over 2 weeks before I got my jeep back. No apology. When i picked up my car the keys were handed to me and i was sent on my way to go find it in the lot myself. Other car service centers at least bring the car to you and offer free wash but not here. Worst customer service ever.

    I have only gotten my car serviced by Fred Beans Chrysler since I purchased it. After multiple services that always seemed to go wrong, like leaking head gaskets, rotating tires not knowing the crossfire has two different sized tires in the front and rear. These mishaps were really disappointing. I thought I could count on their expertise to keep my roadster in great mechanical health. But each time I brought it in for its yearly inspections, it always seemed to need something. Recently after getting my inspection stickers i was again told i passed inspection and for a second year I needed to replace my brakes. I also needed to replace a timing cover gasket that was leaking. So how much could that be right? Oh just a couple of grand. If allowed to continue it could cause irreparable damage to my engine and transmission. This is apparently a huge job requiring lots of parts to be removed and special tools. But I don’t have faith in this service department being able to handle this complex service. The experts for my car are just not around these days. After taking my car for a second opinion and being told that I do not have a leak really got me wondering if they are being truthful or just trying to drum up repairs needlessly and at my expense. I have lost the trust I once had and feel like I have been targeted for services not needed. I hope this isn’t happening to others but don’t be afraid to get a second opinion. It could save you lots of money.

    We searched two-three States for the best deal on the newest used car. I didn't have much time but made the trip to Doylestown (Friday). I was able to see the car and crunch some numbers. I returned Monday to finish the sale (Typically has to be 24hrs so blessed it was still available). My parents gave me a ride. They were very direct in their questions and Aaron was extremely kind, patient and understanding of all our odd questions. Im unsure if it was due to the two visits or they just have improved the pace. It was fast. It was NOT hours and hours of paperwork. I got to see what a trade in value would be. I ended up selling my previous car to a buddy. I was so happy to ride off in a 2018 with 25K miles. It's such a smooth ride. They offered options to extend warranties yet I declined due to financial options. One amazing thing is my annual inspection is covered for life (minus emissions fees) plus a free oil change. Im allowed to go to any Fees Beans, which is great, I have one within 5 miles. Aaron was so helpful he even showed me how to link my phone to the car. It was the best experience buying a car ever. Usually I dread it but Aaron and my Father helped me get through it. I highly recommend Fred Beans. They really did treat me like family. When it was time to leave several employees gave us a handshake and a proper send off. They were so kind, easy and not rattled by our numerous questions. I've only had the car a few hours but so far so go lol. The trip was well worth it. It was the best price. If I had to complain, It wouldn't be about the company. If anything I dislike window etching fees but tomato tamoto. No complaints, very knowledgeable and most importantly didn't hound me when they saw me searching online or in person. Overall 5/5 for the Fred Beans dealership. Thinking of naming the car "Beans!" Check them out they're very easy going.

    Great experience they did not pressure to purchase the vehicle I was interested in and left the building went in my car and decided to go back in and purchase the VW Atlas.     I've been purchasing cars and trucks there for over 15 years. I've had good experiences with Fred Beans until I purchased my Dodge Ram. First they admittedly destroyed my tournea cover which took a YEAR plus to replace, then they damaged my mirror during a routine inspection, and 3 times I had to go back because they couldn't fix my breaks correctly. Finally, last week my transmission went on my truck. Now I understand this happens, and I understand it can cost some money, but $8300?? For 15 years of service, and numerous vehicles purchased ( 2 paid for outright), they give NO goodwill when the warranty is up. None. Their slogan means nothing. They might give great service when you buy, but once you sign your name, that service goes out the door. I will say the ONLY person who I appreciate there is Schuyler.

    We came in around 6pm. Jason helped us pick out our brand new 2021 Grand Cherokee Limited. They had us in and out in about 2 hours. Was the simplest car purchase we have ever made. There was no pressure or pushed on extras. They were very professional and very personable. Definitely ask for Jason if you come to this wonderful dealership! Nick the finance guy was also extremely helpful and kind!!

    They had the type of car on their lot I could drive, similar to the one I wanted to order. I had the car configured prior to arriving at Fred Beans. They ordered the vehicle, I gave a deposit. They were fair with my trade-in and removed certain charges I though we’re not necessary and they honored a Dodge cash bonus over and above the rebate. Their selling price bellow sticker price or discount was fair. This was the first car I ever bought from them. Two other dealers in the area did not have a vehicle to test drive. So I feel I good a food deal.

    Last week I visited Fred Beans Jeep looking for a Grand Cheroke. From the second I stepped in the doors Ryan Archibald was an amazing help. It was apparent his biggest goal was to help me find the vehicle which best fits me. Ryan was polite, patient, and cooperative throughout the entire process.     If I could give a million stars I would! Ronnie found me the car that I was set on and no other dealer could get it for me! Ronnie and Nick were both amazing! With my work schedule it was almost impossible for me to come get the car so they worked with me and were super responsive the entire car buying process and answered every question I had during and after the car buying process.     Now I know why they offer a free oil change and inspection when you get your car there. They said my tire had a hole that couldn’t be plugged so I had to get it replaced and it would cost $400, otherwise it would fail inspection. Took it to another place to replace the tire for cheaper and they literally could not find the hole. Beans Still charged me $40 to get emissions done which was pointless after failing inspection. Their explation was it was a pin sized hole. Never again.

    Start to finish you guys are the absolute best! Check engine light came on, called and got my appointment immediately. Turned up, got in line and was quickly and easily handled by a friendly, top notch, knowledgeable service staff.
