I have been with this credit union since 2013 and I want to say it's the best. I have seen these people help me and guide me to a better financial management way of life. I can say that the staff is very professional, friendly, and welcoming. The leaders are amazing and they will help you as much as they can. Looking for a bank this is it. Great programs and ways to help you with your financial needs.

Worst bank ever, I’ve been a member for about 9 years and every year the rules change or better yet they change whn they feel like it. There’s far better credit unions out there not this one

I love this credit union, always friendly smiles when you walk in. I must say that I am a creature of habit so I like that when I have to do banking business I am able to go to the same person when I need to and because of that she, Kabita is very willing to assist you with anything she is able to while being able to be personal with you and your business not just a member. That isn't to say I get any less of good service from the other staff in there because I've never been dissatisfied with their service.

I have been a member with this bank for five years and since Covid hit or should I say this last year the customer service has has severely went downhill.The employees are very rude and they make you getting your money or getting loans approved or even checking your account more difficult every time you call they don’t even care after making you wait on hold for almost an hour sometimes I am definitely closing my account and recommend no one open account here this is the worst credit union

I went to open a account at this credit union and I was denied to open a account. I can not believe they wanted me to set up a appointment to open a account. I went down the street to Webster bank I open a account right there fast took me less than a 30 minutes to open my account. The lady who suppose to help me open my account she didn't have any customer she wasn't doing anything but talking on the phone laughing having a good time I thought at that time it would be good to start my account but nobody wanna do there job . I Think you need to talk to your employees and teach them customer service

Long wait for service. Representative call difficult , loud background noise. Rep did not speak clearly. I was given inadequate information on changing password and using 'fred'.

Been a member for 20 plus years. Staff is professional and friendly. I do 99% of my banking online with the many tools they offer. I do try to avoid going to the bank due to the restrictions in place and wait times. I contact the bank using the text feature they offer and someone always gets back to me in a timely manner. Also the no credit check loans offered are a god send..

It's so difficult to get anyone on the phone there for assistance. I called today for the third time this week trying to get through for help with my online banking. I was on hold for over 20 mins then the call disconnected. This seems to happen almost every time I call in. Franklin Trust needs to get there selves together and hire a dedicated phone staff. There's no reason why your calls should be going unaswered.

Franklin Trust gets me so frustrated!! Now that the hours are reduced, I definitely can't get anyone on the phone. Not able to go inside the bank but the drive-up teller services you stay in line for an hour just to do a simple deposit!! Once this bank opens I will be closing my account!! It just sucks and an inconvenience!! Just reading the reviews from the past 2-3 years, nothing has changed. I guess management doesn't look at the reviews.
