FMFCU charged me five insufficient charges that didn’t go through. I had to go to the bank quickly and one of the agent told me it is in the agreement. She said next time you have to make sure to check your balance before you make any transaction. 5 x $35 was taken from my account because I never had money in my account and wanted to use it. That’s insane and I’m definitely closing my account after 4yrs with them.

Service Should not be about the rules .. Service is helping your customers when they need it the most. THANK YOU! for going above and beyond Ms Darlene ❤. It was rainy and windy and my baby did NOT have to leave the car! SERVICE!

Love it normally; however, I do not like the most recent change in business operation hours. Most of us work during those hours. We now have to take time out of work to get there.I loved that it was open to 7. Between that and the awesome customer service, it was phenomenal. Sundays I understand. Saturday I get if it's shorter hours. Weekdays would be nice to have it open to 7 or even every other day. Not just one day, it isn't realistic for customers with families and working multiple jobs to get there by 5..Please reconsider your structure of hours. Thank You.

The service is outstanding. The staff is always friendly and helpful. However, there is room for improvement. The ATM at this location is always out of service. Their new hours are not convenient

I left another bank and came to Franklin in 2009. An excellent and knowledgeable, Karen P., Assisted me. I also opened other accounts, in which, she was key and helpful. Karen, is very intelligent, personable, with anytime there's a concern w me, and diligently works to please members. She always has a smile and is very courteous. I always come to this branch bc of the welcomed invitation. There have been other branches where the staff doesn't help members w anything. I will continue to bank here, knowing I am welcomed and will be helped.

What an incompetent bank. My debit card was canceled due to fraudulent charges. More transactions came through the card after it was closed. The bank manger informed me that transactions are still allowed to come through. What even kind of sense does that make??? This bank is beyond shady. They will be exposed for sure.

They are using illegal banking practices by charging overdraft fees even if you opt-out which is a legal contract. They charge foreign bank fees( maybe common but there are other credit unions that don’t). Trumark Financial is better.

FMFCU meets all our banking and bill paying needs and more. We have used several branched and find all personnel to be helpful and pleasant.

Very nice associate in this branch. Talk to customer with respect and dignity. You guys are the best.
