Franklin American Mortgage Company Muirs Chapel Rd, Greensboro

Very poor customer service. I'm currently financing my home mortgage through Franklin American, and been having a serious issue with them. I received a tax bill from my country with a due date that was 3 months earlier than the due date on their system. They then asked me to fax them the tax bill. I did that twice already, to two different numbers, to two different departments, with each time they claiming that they haven't received it. They do not have separate customer service phone numbers for different departments, so I cannot check with the departments themselves. The only number I can call is their main number, and the ladies there have no way to confirm that they have received the fax, until someone from an individual department enters the tax info into their system! Seems like a very poorly organized company.

they don't update your credit score. i have made ontime flawless payments for years and they refuse to report the GOOD payment history.

Read the fine print before using them. they will not allow you to pay your mortgage by making 2 payments a month to pay your loan off faster. they will sit on the 1st payment until they get the full amount. shady! look elsewhere.

I wish there was away to give this company an even lower score. STAY away from this lender. They lie and tell you that is in the contact and when asked to see it, they can not provide it.
