I'm in the RE investment market and Frank/Guaranteed Rate were able to underwrite and close 5 loans on same day... they needed to be done simultaneously to meet FM/FM guidelines. In addition, they were in multiple states. Since my returns / self employment creates lots of issues, Frank was able to get it done. I can also mention his support staff--processors/underwriters/closers are all in sync and were accessible by phone. Amazing how great the service with.
