My experience has not be good. Fountain head missed required documentation requested by the SBA and the PPP loan forgiveness was denied. This could all have been avoided. I have reached out several times to Fountainhead and no one is able to help. I'm left to appeal this with the SBA on my own. They completely dropped the ball with basic paperwork. I have worked with SBA loans before and NEVER had challenges like I did with Fountain Head. Find another bank.

I had two PPP experiences before Fountainhead Commercial Capital . Wells Fargo, my business bank of 20 years would not include me in the first wave of Round I PPP because I was too small a client. So, I found a local, regional bank, Santa Cruz County Bank (SCCB). They were very personal, accepted my application, and i was approved. I returned the funds instead of applying for forgiveness. Also, i deposited some of my personal and business savings at that point with SCCB. When recovery and delta slowed business again, I applied for Round II with SCCB and was denied "because returning the funds from Round I disqualified me." This made no sense to me, I researched this through SBA and Cares Act and found no relevancy. In doing these searches, I came across Womply. They set me up with Fountainhead as I reapplied for Round II and was quickly approved. The portal and communication through Foundtainhead was hassle free. When it came time to apply for forgiveness, again the portal and application was easy and quick. I was approved within days. The one time I needed help, due to letting my SBA account go inactive, Fountainhead reply to my request for help in less than 24 hours and got me the info I needed. I've followed the company a bit. So they did the end up helping me to get a PPP loan however when I filled out the application online and had to upload my tax information I had two schedule c's but it only let me upload the one and immediately filed it as the only one ity didnt give me a chance or option to file the second one. So I received not even one third of what I should have been eligible for . I attempted to contact fountainhead through emails and phone calls to try to get this resolved. unfortunately the system was so automated and agents were swamped and would not respond not only could i not get anyone to answer by the time I did speak with someone they told me it was too late and that loan amount was insufficient to keep my business up and running I've lost everything related to the business suffered substantial personal loss as well. I wish I had sought my loans with some one else that would have been available to help correct the errors not just generate auto replies about unrelated topics based on key words really thought it was valiant effort on their part but they bit off more than they could do and shorted and destroyed my business, myself and Im sure other small businesses in the process because of their automated systems

Within 7-10 business days they send you a email letting you know if your approved or not, your loan amount and a link for you to eSign your loan. I received my first draw loan within the first week of applying then 2 weeks later I received an email with a link for me to sign off on my 2nd draw loan

Although Fountainhead quickly provided funding for both rounds of my PPP loan, I have not been able to get in contact with anyone through multiple attempts both during the application process and the forgiveness process. I attempted to apply for loan forgiveness, but received an error message stating that my email ID did not exist. Again, I tried to contact someone at Fountainhead to find out how to proceed, but no one has replied to my emails and I am unable to talk to anyone on the phone.
