We have several accounts with this bank. Recently, they saved my skin on a refinance for our business vehicle. A LOT of money was saved because of the efforts of the staff here. We attempted to take out another small loan but was unable to get approved. What impressed us was the efforts they made to help us. We would like to thank the entire staff and owners of the bank for fighting for us. It's nice to know that they got our back. To Payton and Rich,, THANK YOU !! for your efforts. We appreciate it.

Always clean. Very nice looking facilities. Customer centered service. Helps and educates customers on how become financially independent. Great place for banking!

I love this branch! (ALL the branches I have visited are great, actually.) I worked with Joshua Jessie this time and he is amazing. He answered all my questions and explained all options for a loan the first time I visited a few weeks ago. Then, when I "popped in" last week (I finally had the time) he was quick to pick up where we had left off and went through the process with ease.

I just have to say, Vanessa is amazing! I came into this Lake Mary branch yesterday and needed urgent help on a issue. I was at work and didn't have much time. She swooped right in and alleviated my anxiety and seriously took care of it right then and there! At first I had a bad impression because the bank was really full but when Joshua Jessie handled my concern it was amazing, this particular person is soooooo efficient, professional and nice at the same time that I am always coming back to this branch to do my business even though I have a closer location to my house and they are nice over there as well but nothing like Joshua!!!
