Founders Federal Credit Union N Anderson Rd, Rock Hill

I went to this branch to enquire about becoming a member so I could look into getting a car loan. I had been told they had excellent rates, which I can now say is very true. I was also pleasantly surprised at what exceptional customer service I received, which is not always easy to come by these days. Lantz was extremely helpful in explaining everything in detail and really taking the time to help me get set up with everything. My first experience was a great one largely in part to him. I hope this branch values him and all of the employees who understand how important customer service can be to their patrons. I highly recommend this location and will strongly consider using them for my other banking needs.

Filled out an app to purchase a vehicle was thinking this was going to be smooth sailing. But then I came in contact with Trudy, at first I thought oh she seems pleasant then she showed herself by treating me as if I didn’t have the stats to back it up! Sad I was very disappointed and disgusted, I would definitely recommend a coaching opportunity for her on Customer Service 101!

They are great Waiting time when you need to get a loan may be longer than what you may want, but most banking institutions are about the same.

Founders is a great financial institution! The staff is always knowledgeable and helpful & if you don’t have time to stop by an office, you have the option to apply online or over the phone with E Branch. Highly recommend!

When ever I come here I'm always treated like founders family. They have been a big help in many ways for me . Never a issue

If it could the score could be 0 it would. I had an account for 7 years, and all the sudden I was getting a bunch of fraudulent charges on the account. Instead of helping me, they just closed my account, and now my direct deposit was sent back to my company, and I have to wait for them to reissue a paper check now. Horrible...nonhelpful...useless credit union. Take your money elsewhere before it ends up happening to you to.

I love Founders on North Anderson Road in Rock Hill! Everyone in the branch is knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to assist with any need. Also, everyone is smiling and greets you as soon as you walk in the door. The service is always fast and accurate! I could not ask for a better financial institution!

First time coming to this particular Founders. Lauren the bank teller was extremely unpleasant and rude. She clearly did not want to be there. No hi ,no thank you ,no goodbye, no smile no nothing. All the other tellers seemed to be in a good mood. I will not be returning.

Don't waste your time with these people. Customer service is non-existent! If you want to open an acc't, or apply for a loan, you'll be treated like a rock star. If you have any other request or account/debit card issues FORGET IT! Don't go by a branch to get service, either, you're better off waiting the 30 mins on hold. You'll be an hour + at the branch. Buyer Beware. update 4/28/2016. Thank you for your offer to speak with Branch Mgr at Anderson. Not sure why I would want to speak with one of the people who walked past the waiting area several times without acknowledging or speaking to any of the people waiting an hour +. But I did give your"exceptional customer service" a try at the S. Tryon branch this morning. Was waited on in less than 10 mins, but sadly, still no working debit card after 20 days. I must say, everyone I've talked to regarding this matter is consistent, in that they always tell me there is nothing else they can do.

Founders is horrible now. We barely make money and founders has been stealing money from us for months now. First it was a couple dollars here and there and now its $55. We are withdrawing our membership from here. Dont go to founders they used to be good but now its a big mistake. No better than wells fargo.
