I’ve purchased/leased 3 cars in my lifetime and Foundation Kia is without a doubt the most professional dealership I’ve ever dealt with! This was my first time purchasing a car that I would need shipped to me. The GM, Mike, made this such an easy experience!! He answered all of my questions (I had a lot of them!), streamlined the car buying process and provided real-time updates on status of the car shipment. What’s most important is that I was treated as a human and not an object with money signs on my forehead. Please keep it up! You have a fan in Miami, FL :)

I cannot say enough about the awesome service I received from Foundation Kia! I was traveling and needed my routine service done. I called three Kia dealers in the area and Foundation was the only one to return my call and fit me in! The day of service was easy, and quick! I have had service done in three different states and at 4 different locations and never have I been in and out this quickly, AND with a freshly washed car!!! Entire staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I brought my car in for routine maintenance. It was in and out (including wash) in an hour. I received text message updates throughout and had a great area that I was able to do office work in while waiting for my car. Will definitely be bringing my car back for future reference!

I took my Kia in to have a recall checked. They made sure everything was great, and took the time to wash my car for me too! My car needed a bath so much!! While I waited, I sat in the lounge area, and they have some really comfy chairs too! It almost put me to sleep! The associates were awesome and the store was clean! I am a very picky person when it comes to vehicles. When I researched into the '22 Kia K5, I started to gain a lot of interest in it. I reached out to a few dealers in the Denver Metro area, and due to several reasons, none of them had the exact car I wanted. Then one day, I receive a text from one of the salesman, Carl, that they (Foundation Kia) had the car I wanted. Within a few hours, I went to the dealership, negotiated, and finally struck a deal. Everybody I had communicated with were very cordial and it felt genuine. In the future, I will recommend to my coworkers and friends to shop at Foundation Kia.

I purchased a Used car through these guys and within 4 days had the check engine light turn on. I reached out and have been trying to figure out whether or not I need to return this car within the 7-day time frame. The problem is I can’t seem to figure out if the vehicle will be serviced for free or if it will be out of pocket. Nothing like purchasing a $35,000 car and having a check engine light come on 4 days later. Garth Ford quoted $2500 to fix the check engine light and also said the front brakes are needing service in the the next 1000 miles as apart of that quote. Learn from me, if the check engine light turns on go straight back and don’t try to figure this out over the phone. Ron is awesome and has been helping me out but at the end of the day, I’ve been calling for 3 days trying to figure this out and I’m still just as stuck as I had been on day 1. They offer a “lifetime warranty” for drivetrain, but that does not cover the spark plugs, ignition coils, O2 sensors, etc. that this car needs to turn the check engine light off after ONLY 4 days! This was my first car purchase and it has been a terrible experience. Update: 5/25/2022 I never received a call back from Ron or the mechanic after being assured I would. The check engine light is still on and I have learned a valuable lesson. DO NOT BUY HERE!! I called every day 3 times a day to the point of where everyone knew me. If calling 15 times ( can provide records ) over 3 days and never getting a call back is what they do here than that is shameful. I believe they are better that’s that and this is just them avoiding the issue. I will follow up with the manager this week and then the owner if that’s what it takes.

Excellent communication and customer service from the team at Foundation Kia. Great package deal for oil change, tire rotation, and inspection. I will definitely be back for future servicing. Really appreciated the quality of care, complimentary carwash, and check-ins from the team throughout my service.

Update: updated from 2 to 4 stars. They gave me a free oil change. 7 hours to patch a tire. I waited 6 hours to find out they hadn't even started yet. "Noy" kept saying "maybe by 2 or 3pm". Nope, 5:30pm. I wouldn't even be so upset if there wasn't such a lack of communication. I bought the car brand new from you guys less than a year ago - you should cover this free of charge just to keep me as a customer. Or at least throw in a complimentary SOMETHING. Or, you know, an apology? Medved / Foundation has continued to make it clear to me that they don't see the customer as anything more than a dollar figure they can milk. Consider buying your 2023 Kia elsewhere. BTW, the tire pressure light is still on. Clear the sensor, guys. Amateur hour...

We set up an appointment to look at a used vehicle on Monday 6/27/22 for Tuesday 6/28/22 in the evening. We showed up to look at the car after driving across town in rush hour traffic, the salesman we set the appointment up with wasn't even there, and apparently he was off that day. Not only that, the vehicle wasn't ready for us to test drive, we were only able to glance at it because it was in their service department. I had a different salesman speak with the used car sales manager and they informed me that due to the situation they will hold the car for us until Saturday 7/2/22 since that would be the only other day I would be able to come look at it. Went to go lookup the car today 6/30/22, and couldn't find it on their website. Reached out to the dealer and they informed me it was sold. What an absolute waste of time and dealing with atrocious customer service.

The best car buying experience I’ve had (6th new car purchase in my life). Nicholas Alger was what I want in a sales person - helpful, answering all questions, shared additional thoughts with info that would help my decisions, but was NOT pushy or manipulative in anyway. Nicholas Alger is the guy to go to for a KIA.

If only we could give negative reviews… don’t purchase a vehicle here unless your ideal situation is a bait and switch, mislead, false advertised, lied-to sales process. We ordered a vehicle from this dealership 8 months ago and have not only received ZERO updates, but have actively seen people who have ordered their vehicle after ours delivered (from a higher volume dealership). Exceedingly poor customer service. If you don’t have the volume to justify ordering vehicles, don’t quote your customers a short delivery time.

Although it took quite a while to receive my new Telluride once it was ordered, the process with Foundation Kia was smooth. George was communicative, sales process was straight forward and efficient. We did pre work and financing process was smooth and expedient.

I Purchased a Dodge proMaster 1500, and as the van was being detailed the tech backed the van into a roof or something. . Yikes ! Anyways Ron Luttrell the Senior Sales manager took care of me and my purchase. They fixed the van in 3 weeks, Ron apologized and actually threw in a Free Shelf for my work van for the inconvenience ! Super awesome ! I recommend dealing directly With Ron Luttrell 100%

Ian and Ron and honestly everyone at kia foundation was awesome. I purchased a used SUV from Kia foundation and everything checks out on it after taking it to my personal mechanics shop. I'm really happy with my purchase, I feel they were very up front and honest with me regarding the vehicle and they provided me with the Carfax. I have dealt with a number of car dealerships in my life, and I can say kia foundation was one of the best. They were great with my kids while I handled the paperwork and within a timely manner. I highly recommend going to Kia foundation and asking for Ian or Ron.

I purchased a 2022 Kia K5 which had added packages including window tint. The rear window tint was applied incorrectly and has scrapes down the entire window. I attempted to contact the dealership six times to fix it since I paid an extra $2400 for it, never got a response.

I would recommend looking elsewhere if you are shopping for a vehicle. I had been researching new vehicles for months and decided on a new Telluride. I looked around at several dealers and went to Foundation Kia to test drive and place my order. The test drive and ordering experience were fine, no issues there. I was told that my car would arrive in about 17 weeks. At about 12 weeks post-order, I called to check in on any status (they don't give you any updates at all after the order). I was told they could not find my order and the sales person would have to manually look through all hard copies of orders to find mine. I didn't hear back for 2 days, so I followed up again. They still could not find my order, thankfully I had a copy of my own to remind them. Even with my copy, I could not get an update. I was told they have no insight as to the status of my car's build. I had to email, call, and text several times to get any kind of update and then it was a message that "this is not an exact science" and there's nothing they can do but wait. I can't get a due date or anything on a vehicle I plan to invest $50,000 in. I understand they are behind and have several orders to fulfill, but in this day and age, there is no way to get me an update and I just have to hope after 14 weeks of waiting that I may get my car some day? I would not mind the continued waiting if I was given some sort of update. I can't believe there is literally no way to know the status. I currently have 2 texts and one email to the sales rep asking for any kind of update and have received zero response in 4 days. If I was just communicated with, I would be fine. I feel like I am bothering them and that they could care less about me as a customer. This is the 6th car I have purchased over my lifetime and it has been a very poor experience compared to my past buying experiences.

If I could give no stars I would. Ordered a new Kia seltos from them in July. It was supposed to be here by October. I still haven’t received that car or an update on the status. I would call and get passed around to different sales people even managers. Then our sales ppl were fired then they switched ownership. I will never deal with this dealership again! Go to grand Kia and save yourself some trouble. They’re horrible management and don’t care about your business!

This is the feedback I provided directly to them in written form: Please accept this feedback regarding my recent customer experience. My experience was not good. Based on Yelp reviews which unfortunately I did not read prior to coming in for service, it appears consistent with the experience of others. Nevertheless I hope you will consider improving the engagement process with customers. My first intersection with Kia Medved was actually a couple months ago when I brought in a vehicle for routine service. I was impressed with the level of detail provided about the different points of the inspection process and was pleased with the professionalism of your staff. That was a good experience. One item on the list was getting a price quote for a replacement keyfob which had broken. A week after the service it occurred to me that maybe it would be less expensive to reprogram the existing one rather than source a new one. I called to ask about this and got voicemail. The voicemail message mentioned the person was out of the office that day. Not a big deal. I waited for a callback. It never came. Wednesday of last week (October 27, 2021) I brought my Sorento in for service with a P200A check engine light. Within a couple hours I received a phone call reporting the status of the vehicle, and that repairs would be ~$1500. I was impressed with the turnaround time of this information. I had a brief conversation with my wife and we decided that it was time to retire this vehicle and buy a more reliable one. I called back and asked the service center not to continue with the repair. They acknowledged. But then when I expressed a desire to trade in this vehicle and buy another one, it was communicated that the different centers within your facility (service, new cars, used cars) operate independently. I was not provided any kind of facilitated transition from repair to purchase, other than bouncing me through the phone system. I think that is something you should consider managing better. So I called used car sales. I said "I want to buy a car, call me back." Didn't hear back. That was Wednesday. I called again on Thursday and left another message. Didn't hear back. Meanwhile, I'm paying ~$45/day out of pocket for a rental car. Friday came and went too, didn't hear back. So now we come all the way to Wednesday of *this* week... a week after I brought the vehicle in. Finally after leaving two voicemails for the service center on Tuesday, I received a callback on Wednesday. Why did it take a full day to return a phone call? Just like with the other unreturned calls, I do not know. In any case, I now had paid ~$240 for the rental, and had to re-up for another week because the vehicle was still inoperable. By this point I'd hoped to have bought a vehicle off your lot and be back in business. But since my calls went unreturned there was no sale. So today I am literally towing my Kia to a different service center because I can not trust you to repair my vehicle or help me buy a new one. All in all, a terrible customer experience. Not to put too fine a point on it but when a customer says "sell me a car!" you pick up the phone and call them back. Isn't that Sales 101? I mean, we'll source a vehicle elsewhere; I'm just shocked this opportunity passed us both by. To sum up: - Return phone calls as promptly as possible. - Provide a more seamless experience when customers need to engage with different parts of your business. - Sell cars when customers say they want to buy them.

I came in the next morning to check it out and purchased the vehicle that same morning. A very smooth process and the team was professional and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. This was my 2nd car buying experience with Medved Kia, and this was so much better than the first time around. Our sales associate Trevor was awesome to work with, easy to talk with, and more importantly for us, he didnt make us feel pressured and worked with us instead of against us during price negotiations. Trevor made sure we had everything we needed while we waited, took his time with us and even stayed late beyond closing time to present our vehicle and see us off. Thank you so much Trevor!!! Well, sorry to say, not a very friendly, customer service orientated place to go. Having worked in the automotive service industry for over 20 years, Kia definitely needs to send their employees back to school on the basics. And just a FYI, its not all about the upsell, but the relationship that you can establish with a first time customer to your dealership to ensure future comebacks. A smile, an understanding statement, an escort to your car, even a "Nice to finally meet you!" greeting goes a long way. Unfortunately, its not only this Kia dealership thats like this. And also, unfortunately, my car is still under factory warranty for other things, so I wil still need to go to a dealership. I'll just need to find a different one.

Love their oil change program here. 3 oil changes for 129 with car wash! Usually finish within an hour and super friendly. Also gives you text updates of how much longer it’ll be. I do wish there were more available time slots so I wouldn’t need to make an appointment 2-4 weeks in advance.

Purchased a vehicle here everything went smoothly probably because it was a quick sale for them. Communication definitely needs to be worked on. Been trying to reach someone in finance about my warranty for 2 weeks. I purchased but still have not received a call back. Called and everyone whom picks up the phone says that will let that person know you called and will reach back out to you. I Still have not heard back from anyone. Make sure you know what your buying and it is what you want and if you are out of town purchasing here good luck trying to reach someone after sad customer service.

We put a hold on a 2022 Kia Forte at the beginning of June with a delivery date of June 21st. Vehicle was received by selling dealership on time. I followed up with Lina, our sales rep throughout the month and scheduled to be at dealership between 4:30/5pm to finalize the deal. I received a text that the car had gone though inspection, window tint and clear bra were installed. We arrived on time and had obtained loan approval in advance with local credit union that works member direct with the dealership. Needless to say we spent over 4 hours at the dealership, had to go to Chevy finance department to sign paperwork, vehicle had not gone through service thus we could not bring it home as originally planned. Tanner assured us that it would go through service 1st thing on June 22nd and they would have it delivered to our home between 12-1pm. I even told him that 1pm-2pm would be fine. Our sales rep Lina never called or followed up until I sent a text at 2pm asking what the status of delivery was. Tanner was off and did not deliver or follow up as promised. I ended up speaking to the GM, who ended up driving the vehicle to our home. We have purchased many vehicles over the years and are disappointed in the lack of professionalism or concern received from this dealership. I understand that there is a car shortage but in no way should you treat your paying customers less than. Not even a congratulations or hand shake. Basically we were just told that you don’t have to buy the car-I guess we just didn’t matter as a customer. Please remember that this car shortage will not last forever but the level of customer service received will stay with us and will be remembered in the future when considering doing business again.

A very pleasant experience. I walked in at my appointed time and got fully checked in within less than 5 minutes. I was assigned a Service Advisor who was friendly and informative and constantly kept me in the loop regarding progress on my car. For anyone who has ever had to endure hours in an uncomfortable service department waiting room, this was like night and day. Strongly recommended.

I started working with the Kia team in 2021 amidst the global pandemic and unprecedented supply chain and raw material issues. Considering the challenges the industry was facing the KIA team delivered top-tier support and was overly communicative with respect to all the updates and fluid changes in production. I now have my 2022 Kia Telluride and I absolutely love it. Just purchased my first Kia vehicle and love it!!! Lina at Foundation Kia was great and very knowledgeable and worked to get us the deal we wanted. Only negative was the Kia finance department was extremely slow and there weren’t many customers to take that much time. From the time Patrick met us in the reception area until he spent a lengthy amount of time familiarizing us with our new car three days later, our experience was positive and non-stressful. We test drove the KIA Niro EV on Friday, told him we would like to pick up the car on Monday and when we arrived the car was cleaned and ready for us to take a second test drive. As we were running late to pick up the car, he was really flexible and accommodating to our needs.

Our sales person was great however in finance they tried to charge us for things we didn't agree to. When i caught the error they did fix but it felt like they were trying to pull a fast one on us. We were given the option to have all our paperwork emailed rather than printed which I am now regretting because they haven't emailed our paperwork and won't return our calls. I'm worried there may be a reason they don't want us to see our paperwork after they tried charging us for things we didn't agree to.

I interacted with two employees that helped me check-in my vehicle, order a complimentary Lyft to/from a nearby restaurant, and answered all my questions in detail. I got my car fixed in the service center after someone tried to steal it. The inside of my car was all sticky, I had to wipe down everything when I got it back and there were still pieces of the ignition on the floor mats. This was after being charged for a detail. I was told I would get a vin verification done.. that didn't happen, and if it did I didn't get any paperwork for it. I was told they would email me additional paperwork, that also never happened.. The guy who I paid and gave me my receipt couldn't print it off at the time for some reason. All I have is the receipt. On top of that, additional things that were done to the car were not approved through my insurance so now I have to go through a long process with them and might not even get refunded for it. I appreciate Daniel providing updates.. but that doesn't really make up for everything else.

Worst car buying experience ever. Bought car with broken windshield which even though I own an auto glass business they insisted it has to be done by them. Getting it scheduled was a headache and took up hours of our time. The car has been nothing but problems since we bought it leaving my daughter stranded in unsafe locations often. Took it in to get it looked at and they said nothing was wrong with it. It continued to not start leaving my daughter stranded. It's almost impossible to get a person on the phone in the service department so after 2 weeks of phone tag we got it scheduled at a Dodge dealer because it's a Dodge dart. We were sold a warranty and told it would cover everything bumper to bumper only to find out the stock back up camera that keeps glitching is not covered and we are being charged a diagnostic fee because of it. We bought a Lemon and this dealership has not been helpful.

Used their Chat last night and was assured someone would call me today about tires ! ( really wanted tires from them). no one ever called so when I went back online this AM to see if there was a problem, chatline asked if I wanted an appt in a few days????It was like starting all over! All I wanted was to see if they would work me in as I had a bad tire and wanted to buy a new set of four! Couldnt wait for days out! When no one was interested in my request I went to another local tire store and was in and out in an hr because they had good customer skills and helped me even though they were busy! I had hopes of a better relationship with Foundation!

Had an absolutely terrible time at this service location. I came in to get a trunk latch replaced due to a recall as well as an estimate for a few basic routine services. When I got the service estimate prices were very inflated - like ~200 to replace a few lightbulbs (which PepBoys did this service for free). But higher prices are to be expected with a dealership, so that wasn't the issue. When I came in to pay, my total was over $100 more expensive than what was sent prior and was only taken off because I happened to notice the discrepancy before I paid. To top it all off, when this location replaced my trunk latch (which I had never had an issue with before - I just replaced because of the open recall) my trunk stopped latching all together and I had to duct tape my trunk closed. Their only solution was to make an appointment for a few months away even thought this issue was caused by service done at their location. Luckily Arapahoe Kia had sooner appointments since I couldn't leave my car duct taped on the street for months and were able to fix this location's mistake - I would highly recommend going to them over this location.

Paid in advance for oil changes. Service does NOT answer the phone and does NOT return calls. They take you money and run. Avoid. Finally got through to the operator and she said that she can't even get though to service. If their own employees suggest the service department is worthless...I bet you will too. PRO TIP: Called Grand Kia on 104th and they answered right away. Will take my business to Grand Kia going forward.

My ordered vehicle was delayed several months because they ordered the wrong color. Purchase of vehicle was completed in January, upon reviewing the paperwork, I found they charged an extra $699 (in addition to their handling fee) to my purchase price. They said all along that I would only be charged sticker price. Emails to the dealership to resolve issue have gone unanswered.

I've been looking to buy an EV6 and the Foundation Kia website said they had 2 in stock. I requested information and Carl Mcdade sent me an email saying they had several in stock and invited me in for a test drive. He then also texted me 2 minutes later. Via the text conversation, Carl said he didn't have any in stock. I asked him to call me to discuss. When I asked him about the email, he became confrontational and said "Do you want to bicker about an email or do you want to order a car?". He blatantly lied in his email. I don't know about anyone else at this dealership, but I wouldn't recommend anyone shopping for a car to deal with Carl Mcdade. I hope his sales manager doesn't endorse underhanded tactics...

Arrived 30 mins early, checked in and was told it would take 1 1/2-2 hours. Used courtesy Lyft service and was gone for 2 hours. Returned and car was not serviced yet. Had to wait an additional 45 minutes. Service people were nice and accommodating. Lyft was a great bonus to having to wait since I live 2 hours away.

Let me start by saying that George was a phenomenal salesperson to work with! I can't say enough good things about my experience working with George. Throughout the entire process, George kept me informed of next steps and made it a very simple, straightforward car buying experience. He was very organized, knowledgeable and professional and I never felt pressured into purchasing the vehicle. George was very patient with me in completing this transaction as I was trading in a 2022 Mitsubishi Outlander Plug In Hybrid (it was the first one to be on the aftermarket so there wasn't a lot of data for them to compare for the car's value). George held the 2022 Kia Seltos overnight for me so he could contact a Mitsubishi dealership the next morning. Throughout the next day George was very responsive and communicative, helping me understand the numbers and answering my numerous questions. George was very proactive with our time as he walked me through my Owners Guide and other materials while we waited on other things to process. He even assisted me in setting up the Kia app on my phone and stayed with me to make sure I got my phone's Bluetooth connected and understood all my car's various features. The best thing for me was that I felt George genuinely cared and wanted to help me get into this car while still making sure I was comfortable with the financing. Willy in financing was also fantastic and thoroughly explained all my options and what to expect after leaving the dealership... Willy was also just a lot of fun to talk and laugh with! One of the managers even checked with me prior to leaving in my new car to ensure that I didn't need anything else and was happy with my purchase experience. All in all, this is a great dealership that I would recommend to anyone and everyone! Everyone there makes you feel so welcome that I'm actually looking forward to getting my oil changes done here :) A+++ to the whole team here and a HUGE thank you to George for helping me get into my 2022 Kia Seltos... I'M IN LOVE WITH IT and so happy I made my purchase with George at Foundations Kia!!!

My experience with Medved Kia so far has been one of the best experiences I have had with a dealership in Denver. From when I went in to buy a new car to my first time at the service center I have not been disappointed. While buying the car I was not pressured at all, and they really let me browse about and take things at my own pace. Trevor Alexander, the salesman who handled my car purchase has been sensational the whole time. Even after I already purchased the car he's been more than willing to help me deal with stuff ranging from getting the car set up with Kia to having my car taken into the service center when I bumped a curb. And the service center team has been of the same quality of service. From my current experiences I cannot recommend this dealership enough.

We picked up a beautiful Truck from Medved Kia this week. Slim Grant was the best sales person I have had the pleasure to work with. He was so kind, professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to really understand our needs in a new truck and even helped us get it equipped with a snowplow before our first snow of the season! My buying experience from out of state was cumbersome. I have never purchased a vehicle sight unseen before, now I know why. Communication and follow through by the sales representatives are poor. Leaving messages is a waste of time, call backs are rare. Double check the fees in your contract. My AZ sales tax was $950 more than it should have been before they got it right. If you need your vehicle shipped, do the leg work yourself. I saved $250 just making a few phone calls. Upon delivery I found the back seat in my Jeep Wrangler improperly installed, the engine coolant reservoir was ½ gallon low and the engine oil life calculator wasn’t reset after they serviced the vehicle. Medved Kia also replaced the tires for the original owner. The tires he got stuck with are 10 ply BFG's.Why would a reputable dealer do that to a customer? Jeep rides like a tank now we know why. By the way, if your purchase only comes with one key/fob be prepared to fork out another $335 plus tax for a spare one. God forbid the one key they supply you with fails. Remember, once you have signed on the dotted line, you’re on your own. The only warm fuzzy feeling I was left with doesn’t sit well pun intended, but you probably already figured that out.

They are awful. It took almost twice as long to make the recall repair on my Kia, and when I showed up to checkout and get my car, the one guy that I originally worked with wouldn't let anyone else have my paperwork for me to sign. He was walking around with it under his arm and told me I had to deal with him as no one else knew what they were doing to have me sign the paper. Then another employee that wasnt doing anything asked me why it was rush hour for me. Very rude. Thankfully another employee came out and got the paperwork from him and let me sign and gave me my car key. It would have taken two minutes but they kept me there 30 minutes because the original employee wanted to feel like he had power over something for once in his life so he just flitted about the store with his prissy attitude and holding my paperwork hostage. Don't go here, it's the third time I've had a horrible experience there. Not the same since John Medved sold it.

I can’t say enough good things about MedVed Kia, and especially Eugene/Slim. I needed to sell my car quickly and he treated my urgent business as his and got things taken care of quickly. He and Al got me a check the same day and were sympathetic to my situation. Everyone my husband and I encountered that day was kind and friendly. They do a great job and they actually work in your car right when you drop it off if you have an appointment. Other dealerships schedule the appointment then tell you that was just the drop off time when you show up and you car wont be ready for days. They also always give my car a complimentary wash too. I have had the worst experience with Foundation Kia Service department my vehicle has been in the service center for two months March 5 to now without any progress what so ever, I have contacted Daniel, Brittany and left a message for Michael Chase physically went to Kia and as of today nothing , I have been told waiting for parts, I no longer have the patience for this business I just want my car fixed and back and you will no longer have to listen to my voice messages ever again,

UPDATE: One of the managers, Sam, reached out to me and resolved the main issue for me. He retracted the previous contract and redid the loan paperwork with me. He got the extended warranty removed from the loan balance and got my payments back down to where I was expecting them to be. Sam was very sincere and apologetic and was eager to help get this issue resolved. Thank you, Sam! Friendly staff but unsatisfied with the service I received. Just purchased a 2021 Kia Seltos a couple weeks ago and this was my experience: I told my salesman what kind of number I was comfortable with for my monthly payments. After being approved and making a deal within the price range I was comfortable with, even after paying sticker price for the (they refused to negotiate the price of the vehicle with me, said that the manufacturer wouldn't allow them to come down ANY on the price), one of the finance managers did the paperwork with me. I made it very clear that I did not want any extra warranty added to the loan. This was my first time buying a new car on my own, they made it sound as if it was required for me to select one of the extended warranty's. After getting home and taking a look over all the paperwork, I noticed that an extended warranty was added to my loan, and caused my payments to go up $55 per month for the entirety of the loan. I called the next day and left a message but of course never received a call back. I then emailed and finally got in touch within someone within the next business day after I purchased the vehicle. He said that he would cancel the additional warranty and that the balance and term of my loan would be shortened, but that my payments would stay the same. I told him that this was unfortunate as my payments were $55 more per month than what I was planning to pay. It then took 9 days later until he was able to contact Kia to try and get the contract redone, and of course he said it was too late to make any changes or re-do the contract. I probably wouldn't be in this position if him or someone else took my concern and request a little more seriously and acted quickly. Now I am stuck with a much higher car payment than I was anticipating. If I knew my payments would be this high, I probably would've purchased the vehicle with a nicer trim package. I do like the car, but I am disappointed in how everything worked out and the fact that I am stuck with a payment this high. And to make it even better, I was told my first 3 oil changes were FREE. After glancing at my paperwork, the finance manager added the cost of 3 oil changes to my loan balance, which will accrue interest, and then told me they were FREE and included with the purchase of my new car. I'm sure it was obvious that this was my first time purchasing a new car, as a 26 year old, and they managed to take advantage of that instead of helping me and being transparent with me. Very misleading and unfortunate.

I will 100% purchase my future vehicle(s) from Medved Kia. My wife and I had the joy of working with Emma. She was fantastic from start to finish. I told Emma exactly what we were looking for and when we could get it. We were planning on waiting 2 months, but Emma told us about their "45 days no payments" promotion. They still didn't have exactly what we wanted, so I told her to just keep me posted when they got what we wanted. I got a text from Emma about 3 hours after that letting me know that they had JUST got our model in on the truck. We jumped in the car and headed over. Emma greeted us with a (masked) smile and took us straight to our car. She wasn't pushy and she was knowledgeable about the vehicle. She made the whole experience so enjoyable... who can say that about buying a car??? Everyone we worked with, or even just encountered, in the dealership was awesome...so friendly and laid back, it made the process so much less stressful. Alex, our finance guru, was super easy to work with and knew his stuff. Overall, buying from Medved Kia is something I would absolutely recommend to anyone. I’ve been to Medved Kia Service twice, and both times the service was less than acceptable. In both cases, I made an appointment and arrived on time. Both appointments were for a simple oil change. My first time at Medved Kia the oil change took nearly three hours to complete. This last time, the oil change took two hours. TWO+ HOURS for an oil change? When I had made an appointment? My time is WAY too valuable to waste sitting around for hours at a dealership. I hope they can figure out a way to solve their scheduling problems.

My husband and I, who live in Colorado Springs, were looking for an upgrade on our Tahoe. He did some online research and found a great Tahoe at Medved Autoplex. My husband reached out to inquire about the vehicle and made an arrangement to get the Tahoe delivered to our home in Black Forest.
