Always great experience with tellers. Friendly and helpful

My experience is always outstanding at FCU, especially the Carmel and West Indy branches. I have had accounts open with them for over 10 years, and I've never had an issue. The website and app are extremely user friendly; the tellers are friendly, efficient, & knowledgeable; and the branch manager, Charles Grigsby, has gone above and beyond to help me reconsolidate debt, and manage my accounts.

Forum credit union is an excellant bank to do banking... Only thing I don't care for the locations are far apart but they make it easy to use on line. And I love the chat feature it is user friendly. I wish there we're more banks like forum credit union. Keep up the good work

so many fees, better to go to a prepaid card. charge $2 just check my account balance at their ATM charge $10 for an account fee being that the account he was not in the bank they charge me extra $5 because it wasn't in there then when they transfer it from my savings to my checking I was charged extra $5 just for that when you see those commercials talking about good bank and bad bank this is a bad banking

Little fearful with all the other reviews but I have been with this bank for 10 years and they have always been extremely helpful.

Forum Credit Union I applied for a mortgage about a month ago. Even though I conscientiously sent the mortgage agent everything he asked for it took an exceptionally long time to give me a decision with no replies to any of my voicemail or email questions.After the decision I called with a. very simple question and left 3 phone messages within a week for the agent. He has yet to return my call. I have been a 30 + year customer of FCU but I am apparently not important enough to return a simple phone call...very unprofessional and disrespectful. I will transfer my money to a financial institution that appreciates my business.

So willing to help out. Our teller even came out to help understand what we were needing since the wind made it too noisy. So happy they could help us. Great customer service!

Staff are friendly. Never had any issues at this location. Been banking with them for over 4 years. Forum has excellent online banking. Most issues can be taken care of in an online chat. Seldom had the need to call them.

Why aren't your flags being flown at half-staff now? It's only out of respect. I was getting ready to take my business from Chase tour Credit Union and you are the one closer to my home however I would never do business with you now
