Forge Federal Credit Union Bywood Ave, Upper Darby

I have been with Forge for almost a year. I had a very good experience opening my accounts. I called numerous times with questions and all staff have been patient and helpful. They are just as nice and helpful in person. So far I have not had a bad or negative experience. The ladies are great at the Upper Darby location.

The front desk women are very rude and nasty I don’t like to come in or call this bank because of them I’ve banked here for years and the last 2-3 have been horrible witch is sad because before the new two women everyone was so nice and helpful smh

The ladies always have a nasty attitude and always get smart. Very very unprofessional. Worst experience I've ever had at any credit union. I would not recommend this credit union to anyone.

Great place to do business! When I go begging for money they usually help me.

It pains me to write this because the credit union offers good things. But sue is so mean to me sometimes I don’t know what’s wrong with her , she made unnecessary remarks about my account when I was trying to find out why they put a hold on my account turned out it was an error on the banks part. She makes me feel uncomfortable when calling to handle business. Shannon actually backed up her rudeness saying sue laughed. Well it wasn’t funny and I don’t know why they treat me so rude sometimes I’m always nice to them. They need customer service training or just a hug or something. Why be rude, say unnecessary sarcastic things? Smh I may have to find another credit union. I can’t keep arguing with sue about the stuff she says to me. I can’t.

Must unpleasant customer service on the phone…very rude…..teller with voice accent always rude when answering the phone and in person…loan officer was very rude when asking questions yell in the phone when ask to explain something that they did wrong and hung up in the customer ear never would I ever wanna do banking here again would not recommend to anyone…always thought is was a great bank to do business with ..but when they become rude and nasty to customer I would rather give my service to a place that treat people with respect

Forge Credit Union is Awesome. Ive been with the credit union for 20 yrs never had a problem.
