This is a very nice park for 55 years and older. They have a a pool,a mini golf, a shuffle board, a nice big club house with plenty of activities. Small dogs are allowed. It is very clean and quiet. You own your trailer and land. They have a pound with many turtles.

We have never lived in a place that has so many welcoming friendly neighbors! Our community is very well run by all and we always feel safe due to our neighbors volunteering to patrol the area! We love it here!

Great place! Very friendly residents! Everyone always waves! Pool, shuffle board, mini golf, and golf cart fun! What more could you ask for?! And the clubhouse always has fun events going on!

Fantastic little community, very friendly people live in this park, security is great and on top of the job... Always has beautiful decorations out for holidays... They throw awesome fun events frequently... I wanna live here...

When I go visit friend I have to say everyone takes care in their yards. I have a couple more years for the 55yrs. Lol. I think this would be my choice.
